the app is pretty chill I'm not high up in leadership so the survey request come to me and other colleagues for employee engagement. Block survey actually is comparable in my opinion to Typeform or Jotform, However I do think they have better privacy features. I heard my supervisor mention the app has drag and drop features which I would assume makes it easier for her to create her monthly surveys. As a longtime customer, some of the newer security measures are blocked from me. I can understand the need for additional revenue but the customer's security should not be held ransom to the need for greater revenue. All customers should have access to the ability to protect and secure their accounts.
