the app is pretty chill I'm not high up in leadership so the survey request come to me and other colleagues for employee engagement. Block survey actually is comparable in my opinion to Typeform or Jotform, However I do think they have better privacy features. I heard my supervisor mention the app has drag and drop features which I would assume makes it easier for her to create her monthly surveys. I personally find it easy to and unlike my experience with other surveys i like that this one does have a lot of adds i'm not sure if this a feature our company pays for but still. i think my favorite feature is that i do not have to sign in to complete the survey Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The survey building tools are impeccable. I've used numerous SaaS survey tools and nothing comes close. Their survey AI builder is absolute genius. The form element options are both diverse and details. You have fine tuned control over elements and behaviors. The forms look sleek and you can choose from singe question, to traditional to conversational forms on the fly. You can even integrate things like payments. You can generate professional surveys and questionnaires in minutes. So simple to use. You can go from an idea for a survey to a polished survey ready to implement and deploy in minutes. They have awesome customer support through both online chat and Discord. They provide the option to add the surveys to the site via CNAME. Finally, they are always improving the platform. As a longtime customer, some of the newer security measures are blocked from me. I can understand the need for additional revenue but the customer's security should not be held ransom to the need for greater revenue. All customers should have access to the ability to protect and secure their accounts. For the purpose of data collection for my PhD research study, I needed a user-friendly and low-cost survey builder that exports to SPSS for quantitative analysis of survey responses. I first started building my survey with a competitor platform, but was shocked by the pricing plan being so unreasonable given I'm a doctoral student with no funding for my research. I started researching other options, and none of the platforms that were in my budget listed the capability to export data to SPSS (.sav) except for Block Survey. I was happily surprised by the affordable pricing plans with the ability to cancel the subscription at any time and pay one month at a time for a reasonable fee. No other platform came close to comparison in that regard, and I really respect their generosity in helping people like me conduct academic research. The process of building my survey was easy and flawless, with an extremely user-friendly interface and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The survey builder is well organized and detailed, with numerous options to build a simple or complicated survey. I didn't need to watch a tutorial or contact support to build the survey since the design is incredibly well thought out and logical. The simplicity of the design made it a great platform to use for recruiting participants. Block Survey generates a QR code for the survey, which was a nice touch for recruiting participants. The sorting capabilities of the "responses" tab is very helpful and makes it easy to find valid responses and export only those responses. The analytics page is fantastic and displays the number of responses on a graph with each day denoting the number of responses as well as number of views. When I had an issue with the SPSS export missing some of the data, I emailed the support team and received a response within the hour. I was amazed by the quick response and attentive assistance to resolve the issue quickly. The support team is very knowledgeable and kind. Timezones conflicts can mean it's difficult to get support when needed, but they were quite responsive once online (like 6-8hrs). Additionally, I'd like a more thorough and insightful analysis of our survey data, as well as better integration with software like Canva, to easily create visually appealing reports ready for publishing. As of the time of writing this review, some options or features could take a bit of time to get used to. The passphrase login could pose as a security risk becasuse anyone who gets their hands on the passphrase will be access the account and the owner of the account has no way to re-secure the account.
