The public Forms are intuitive to build, and the finished results look professional. I also appreciate that the settings let me require a secure sign-in when it’s needed. Overall, it feels far more functional than MS Forms; with JS, I can add a lot of practical, user-friendly functionality. The integration with MS Power Automate is smooth, too, which makes it easier to connect everything. The tutorials are genuinely helpful, and the support team has been responsive and truly useful whenever I’ve reached out. I also like that the team continues to work on and roll out new features. I don’t have anything I dislike about Plumsail Forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
