What do you like best about SIGNL4?

The fact that with certain keywords, it can alert you depending on the situation. I manage several groups and teams. We use Signl4 to manage alerts and to ensure the right people are getting alerted for any trouble calls or messages so that they can respond in a timely manner. What do you like best about SIGNL4?

First of all, and apart from all technical things, I would like to forward a warm greeting to the support team. They are always helpful, fast in replying, very kind and make you feel valued. This, in my opinion, is sometimes worth at least as much as the actual product.

This said, SIGNL4 itself does what it is supposed to. It is certainly not overpacked with features and complicated menus and settings, but instead allows you to easily configure what you want and need. Furthermore, the offered integrations make it easy to include whatever-product-you-might-have and the available workflows allow for easy routing to the required teams. What do you dislike about SIGNL4?

The mobile App is not necessarily on par for some functions and you might want to use the web interface from time to time to check on things. That is, however, seldom the case and just a minor thingy. Some might also dislike the fact that phone and sms services will be provided via US services. Finally, as is usual these days, you do need the bigger packages to allow for some add-ons, and you need it for everyone, no matter if everyone uses these add-ons or not. What do you like best about SIGNL4?

With the new Integration HUB in SIGNL4 we can address eassily alerts from our ticket system over one connector to several SIGNL4 teams. This said, It is certainly not overpacked with features and complicated menus and settings, but instead allows you to easily configure what you want and need. Furthermore, the offered integrations make it easy to include whatever-product-you-might-have and the available workflows allow for easy routing to the required teams. What do you like best about SIGNL4?

SIGNL4 wa most helpful during our attempts to better enhance communication between our members on site and members on the field. It also made it easier for us in terms funding as our members all had cellular devices and therefor since SIGNL4's software is free, also didn't put us in any financial burden and easily integrated within our team. What do you dislike about SIGNL4?

Although a great app, SIGNL4 could be greatly improved if an easier interface was provided for users as well as easier ways for Administrators to manage their teams. What do you like best about SIGNL4?

We have a team of in-house claim response agents. Signl4 allows us to schedule users to be on-call, and can alert via the app, text, and phone call. We can build out the on-call schedule ahead of time so the change in shift is seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SIGNL4?

We love that when a user is on-call, they do not miss alerts due to the various methods of contact. The only issue we have noticed is that we set triggers via an email message, and emails with very large attachments don't seem to go through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SIGNL4?

What do you like best about SIGNL4?

One good feature is that they support alerting on the absence of a signal - for example if a heartbeat signal has not been received within a certain amount of time that can be a source of alert Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SIGNL4?

The major failing of the product from my perspective was the completely inadequate implementation of alarm sounding on the Android app - this is very unreliable due to their inability to program this beyond simply initiating playing a sound - any other sound - no matter how small - cancels the sound - their explanation "The interruption of the push sound is due to Android regulations and cannot be affected by us" indicates inadequate Android developer competence - also repeating alerts do not reference the priority of the original alert - their explanation "The repeating sound comes from the standard settings for Alerting. Which you can set on a user basis" indicates a lack of understanding of customer requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SIGNL4?

Alerting that is audible regardless if you have your phone on silent. You never have to worry about you or your techs missing a MISSION CRITICAL alert.

The ability to integrate with ticketing systems such as CW Manage is excellent to have correspondence within the SIGNL4 system time stamping correspondence and response times to issues is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SIGNL4?

It is very easy to use. It has exactly the features that I needed:

* Escalation through a silent mobilephone (via disaster message on iPhone)

* Longer escalation emails (e.g. from Cloudflare) are difficult to handle. You need to scroll endlessly to click "Close". It would be better to shorten those emails (e.g. with an unfold mechanismn) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
