"Excellent for Integrations, Despite Sensitive Alerts"
What do you like best about Site24x7?

I really liked the platform's interface; it was very intuitive when performing integrations. I also appreciate that the documentation is well-structured and offers clear step-by-step guides to facilitate the process. Another strong point is the automatic generation of reports, which saves significant management time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

What I liked least was the volume of alerts received via email, as they were very repetitive. The default thresholds seem to be too sensitive, which generates unnecessary notifications. Additionally, I feel that the minimum requirement of 16 GB of RAM for the probe can be a bit complicated or restrictive depending on the available infrastructure. "Unified Monitoring and Proactive Alerts That Save Time"
What do you like best about Site24x7?

The "single pane of glass" visibility is the biggest winner for me. Being able to jump from a high-level website uptime check straight into server-level metrics or cloud resource usage without switching platforms is a huge time-saver. I also really value the flexibility of the alerting system; the fact that it can actually place a phone call to me when a critical circuit goes down rather than just burying another notification in a noisy Slack channel has saved our team during off-hours more than once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

The user interface feels a bit stuck in the past. It’s functional, but it’s definitely cluttered, and finding specific advanced settings can feel like a scavenger hunt. Also, the alerting can be a double-edged sword; if you don't spend significant time fine-tuning your thresholds early on, you’ll get hit with a "storm" of individual notifications for a single incident instead of one consolidated report. The pricing model can also be a bit of a headache to navigate once you start adding various monitors and add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The perfect all-in-one tool for full infrastructure visibility"
What do you like best about Site24x7?

What I like most is the unified view it provides. Being able to monitor our websites, servers, network devices, and cloud infrastructure all from a single console is incredibly efficient. It eliminates the need to jump between different tools, giving us a complete picture of our IT health at a glance." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

There is nothing I dislike about the functionality itself. However, because the platform is so feature-rich, it can take a little time to explore and learn where all the settings are located. But once you get used to it, it's very easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Must-Have Tool for Proactive Website and Server Monitoring"
What do you like best about Site24x7?

Site24x7 has been incredibly helpful for us because it gives a clear, real-time view of our website performance across regions. The dashboards are clean, the setup is quick, and the alerts are reliable—no noise, just meaningful notifications. I also appreciate how simple it is to add new monitors and how smoothly it integrates with the rest of our infrastructure. Overall, it saves a lot of time and gives us great confidence in our uptime and user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

There isn’t much to dislike, but sometimes some of the advanced features feel a bit hidden and take a moment to find. The UI could be slightly more streamlined when navigating deep configuration pages. Apart from that, everything works well and performs consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time API Monitoring Made Effortless"
What do you like best about Site24x7?

What I like most about Site24x7 is the ability to actively monitor our APIs by sending API requests, analyzing the responses, and immediately knowing whether an API is working or not. I also appreciate that, through its API integration, we can query CloudWatch and quickly identify which specific API had an issue in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

What I don’t like about Site24x7 is that when it’s connected to Slack and multiple servers go down during an incident, I get a separate notification for each one instead of a single grouped or consolidated alert. This creates a lot of noise in real time. It might be solvable with the right configuration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup and Instant Monitoring Across Platforms"
What do you like best about Site24x7?

Very easy setup both on Linux machines and Windows - both Cloud and on-premise - you install an agent and get out of the box a bunch of monitoring and dashboards. It also discovers services automatically - got some docker containers on your server? No problem! Databases? Easy! Domain Controller? Don't sweat it - it will get discovered. Incorporating this product into an existing environment is straight forward and easy.

In my case - using Azure Monitor would cost more, so it was also cost-effective on top of being time-efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

It requires an agent, and there is a bit of a learning curve to get to know all the possible options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Site24x7’s Powerful All-in-One Monitoring Platform"
What do you like best about Site24x7?

Site24x7 is a good monitoring tool, and there are several things about it that stands out. Personally, I think what makes Site24x7 really great is its all-in-one monitoring solution. It covers a wide range of monitoring needs including website uptime, server performance, cloud infrastructure, and even real-user monitoring (RUM). The ability to monitor so many aspects of a system from a single platform is pretty powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

Complex Pricing: The pricing model can be a bit confusing, with different tiers and additional costs for certain features.

Mobile App: While the web interface is pretty solid, the mobile app can sometimes feel clunky and not as user-friendly.

Alert Fatigue: Some users have reported that the alert system can become overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with a high volume of notifications.

Learning Curve for Advanced Features: The platform is packed with advanced capabilities like real-user monitoring, log analysis, and synthetic transaction monitoring. However, these features often come with a learning curve, and it may take some time to get the most out of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Monitoring with Rich Features and Seamless Integration"
What do you like best about Site24x7?

Site 24x7 offers a wide range of features and integrates seamlessly with various platforms and applications. I have been using Site 24x7 for the past seven years, and during this time, we have never experienced any issues or service interruptions. Getting started with the platform was straightforward, and the implementation process was also simple thanks to the clear documentation. Site 24x7 serves as our primary monitoring tool for our entire cloud infrastructure, and it is also capable of monitoring on-premise infrastructure. The customer support is prompt and helpful, though we have rarely needed to contact the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

Although the platform offers a wide range of features, its graphical interface has remained unchanged since I began using it. While the mobile app has received updates, I still find it less user-friendly than I would like. I suggest that the company focus on enhancing the tool's visual design. "Comprehensive Monitoring with Room for UI and Integration Improvements"
What do you like best about Site24x7?

Site24x7's best feature is its all-in-one monitoring. It tracks website uptime, servers, applications, and networks. It supports both cloud and on-premise systems, offers customizable alerts, and provides detailed reports, all with an easy-to-use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

Site24x7's pricing can be confusing, and some users find the advanced features have a learning curve. The alert system can be overwhelming without proper setup, and there are fewer third-party integrations compared to competitors. Also, the UI could be more modern and less cluttered. "Outstanding Centralized Monitoring with Customizable Alerts"
What do you like best about Site24x7?

The site 24x7 is an excellent monitoring tool for overseeing infrastructure and a variety of services, applications, APIs, websites, servers, and more centrally . It provides timely alerts based on the thresholds you set. You can easily configure and define monitors, alerts, and thresholds according to your specific requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

When using Azure ASR, I noticed that after the server spins up in the secondary region and then fails back to the primary region, a new monitor is created for the same server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
