Sometimes the platform has connection issues, which causes problems with monitoring. I’ve also noticed that some threshold alerts are occasionally skipped.

The product is very well competing with other industry standard tools.  Site24x7 is pretty much suiting our requirements.

Suggestion have made during the workshop to save the backups in poller agent machine instead of cloud.

We are using this to monitor network equipments.  Are getting proper alerts when a node gets down.  Which helps us to manage the business continuity.

Above all, the ability to perform all monitoring tasks from a single site.
The variety of monitoring types is very useful, including website monitoring, server monitoring, and network monitoring.

The cost for monitoring was higher than I expected.
I was not able to successfully create a Layer 2 map for network monitoring.

Server monitoring, website monitoring, and internal network monitoring had previously been achieved by using various different tools.
However, some tasks could not be performed, and monitoring operations had become complicated—but this issue has now been resolved.

As a result, monitoring operations have become simpler and have transformed into something more meaningful.

Site24x7 offers a very user-friendly interface along with comprehensive monitoring for infrastructure, applications, websites, and even user-experience. I especially enjoy the insights that can be obtained with a single panel. For remote monitoring, the mobile application is quite useful. The customer support has a quick response time and is well informed which contributes to the Site24x7 experience.

**What do you like best about Site24x7?**

Site24x7 is an excellent monitoring platform. Its monitors are easy to set up, and you can use as complex monitors as you desire. You can begin monitoring your first devices using Site24x7 in a few minutes. It is much easier to use for the most basic monitors than other cloud platforms I've tried, and yet it is more flexible and powerful if you want to take it to different levels.  It is usable by the most skilled administrators and the beginner alike. Site24x7 has training available if you would like to get an overview of what it can do for you. I plan to continue using Site24x7.  It is in the cloud and offers ways to easily monitor on-premise devices without needing to open or modify your firewall in almost all cases -- it depends on your outgoing rules.

I could not think of anything I did not like about Site24x7.  It is an administrator's dream come true, and I mean that.  I hope they can give me the best pricing for my organization.

Site24x7 solves the problem of when other on-premises monitoring systems fail or cannot successfully send notifications, it is able to monitor those with redundancy and resiliency with very little TCO.

We were looking for a MSP solution for our customers and we were evaluating many products. Finally we came across Site24x7 and found out it is the solution which we are looking for. Our customers needed to monitor their devices with ICMP only. Site24x7 has the ping monitor and ISP latency monitor which serves the purpose.

**What do you dislike about Site24x7?**

We found there is no packetloss data graph present on the Ping monitor and ISP Latency monitor pages even if they collecting the data. I found this as a drawback as most of the customers are interested on this value.

**What problems is Site24x7 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I described earlier, Our customers need to monitor their WAN links where they will allow only ICMP. In such cases the ISP latency monitor is a good option.

We use Site24x7 to monitor our systems and are completely satisfied. The platform impresses with a surprisingly simple user interface, combined with a very comprehensive set of features – from classic uptime monitoring to server and infrastructure monitoring, to detailed reports and alerting functions.

I would particularly like to highlight the seamless integration with Freshservice, which is a real added value for us. Disruptions and alerts are automatically created as tickets, which makes our support process significantly more efficient.

The setup was also completed in no time – without extensive training or complex configurations. Nevertheless, the tool remains open and expandable for professionals.

The best features are the way the display is easy to view if there are issues it is easy to drill down and find the problem and potentially fix from the Site24x7 interface.

The number of features cover all our needs and so far the customer service has been excellent.

We have the monitor dashboard displayed all the time to make it easy to see any issues straight away.

**What do you dislike about Site24x7?**

Most features are easy to use and setup although I have had some problems setting up SNMP monitoring but I don't think that is an issue with the software.

Before installing Site24/7 our infrastructure monitoring was problematic with services not always connecting and alerts not always arriving.  Now with Site24x7 being a very visual tool it assists us on a daily basis to see and fix issues before our users become aware of any issues.

The setup was quick, and it didn’t take long to start seeing real value. I also appreciate how detailed the metrics are and how customizable the alert rules can be. It helps us catch issues early without getting flooded with noise.

**What do you dislike about Site24x7?**

Some parts of the UI feel a bit clunky, especially when managing large numbers of monitors or making bulk changes. Also, alerts via SMS and phone calls are limited unless you purchase extra credits, which can be inconvenient during critical periods.

Site24x7 is incredibly easy to set up, cloud-based (so no infrastructure to manage), and provides extensive visibility right out of the box. The built-in VoIP monitoring is a standout feature, especially since even our ICX switching vendor doesn’t offer it.

**What do you dislike about Site24x7?**

Deploying SNMP monitoring for certain network devices took some effort — there’s a learning curve and the documentation could be clearer in that area. But once it’s working, it performs reliably.

**What problems is Site24x7 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us monitor IT infrastructure across multiple organizations — from servers and applications to networks and VoIP — all from a centralized, cloud-based dashboard. It removes the hassle of managing on-prem monitoring tools and speeds up incident detection.

We have used Site24x7 for over four years. It was quick to set up, we used many of the monitoring tools for troubleshooting clients and multiple sites. Having a hosted monitoring app has been invaluable. The uptime of the product has been fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Site24x7?**

Site24x7 is affordable, but it can quickly get pricey due the monitor “types”. The monitoring thresholds are very customizable, but the new “AI” monitoring needs to get better. You still must set a combination of thresholds and AI baselines on the monitors.

**What problems is Site24x7 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially purchased the service for server infrastructure monitoring but quickly began using other features such as ping, website monitoring, website speed, application checks, and more.

I really like their All in one VM monitor which shows all components staring from processes to resource utilization even network in/out. another best part is how easy it is to setup monitoring agent in the VM. It's very easy to integrate in all kind of technical resources.

Sometime the app feels a little slow while changing tabs.
