**What do you like best about ZigiOps?**

DevOps Engineer at a rapidly growing tech company, I handle Azure DevOps, Jira and ServiceNow. ZigiOps is both highly secure, as well as having an intuitive and easy to navigate interface. Powerful, yet still within reach of operations teams, even without development resources. We also appreciate that it operates as a standalone platform there’s no getting locked into one ecosystem. Their support has been aggressive and tech-savvy during onboarding.

**What do you dislike about ZigiOps?**

You need strong cross-team communication during the design phase, otherwise requirements may change mid setup.

**What problems is ZigiOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to ZigiOps, DevOps and ITSM teams were manually transferring tickets between their two systems—rekeying data from Azure DevOps to ServiceNow. This led to delays and incomplete data. Now work items and incidents are synchronized in near real time. The faster response speed, less manual work and expanded interaction between support and product development we even noticed as we grew.

**What do you like best about ZigiOps?**

Systems Integration Lead (we’re a mid-sized enterprise with Salesforce, Jira,ServiceNow) ZigiOps is notable for its clear UI, solid security approach and not storing business data as it moves between systems. Integration logic is easy to visualize and modify as processes change. They onboarded us very smoothly and support was able to get our integrations set up properly from day one.

**What do you dislike about ZigiOps?**

Setup requires thoughtful planning, especially when integrating business and technical systems, but maintenance afterward is minimal.

**What problems is ZigiOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to move customer cases manually between Salesforce and our internal systems, which caused delays and lost updates. As of now, ZigiOps provides real-time integrations to Jira and ServiceNow. This led to less manual data entry, better visibility across support and engineering, and enabled us to respond to customer issues more quickly and consistently with a smaller operational Overhead.

**What do you like best about ZigiOps?**

ZigiOps is easy to use, requiring no special skills to use, and very few to set up and administer.  This means that my tier 1 team can be trusted to handle day to day operations without anything more than a KB article.
ZigiWave, the company behind the tool, are very friendly and extremely responsive.
Our implementation involved products they did not have in their portfolio, but they worked with us and created new integrations at minimal extra cost.  They have been very open to suggestions to improve the product (example, adding Entra support for Single Sign On).
Support of jscript for data transforms is a Godsend, allowing us to quickly redact data we may not want to pass along to other systems (PII as an example) or enrich data as part of the transform and translation process.

**What do you dislike about ZigiOps?**

Certificate support: There are multiple places to load certificates for different purposes, and you'll need to do most of the certificate management from the command line in different trust stores.  Adding or updating certificates is definitely a task for more technical resources.

**What problems is ZigiOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZigiOps is converting our various monitoring systems' event/alert data to be forwarded and processed to ServiceNow ITOM.
ZigiOps was selected because the ServiceNow connectors available for our various monitoring systems were either lacking, only supported ITSM, required additional licensing or did not exist.

**What do you like best about ZigiOps?**

We continue to use ZugiWave connectors for the fourth year and cant be more than happy. The well thought connectors that come out of the box satisfy most of the use cases any enterprise will have, but if not, the new V3 version is such a blessing that most of the custom configuration can be as easy as drag and drop. If anything additional all the support people and especially the customer success specialists are so knowledgable that they will make sure to get the product work for your use case—hands down the best product and customer service.

**What do you dislike about ZigiOps?**

Nothing major at all, if i have to pick one, just a little bit faster on the development cycle for enhancements and bug fixes.

**Recommendations to others considering ZigiOps:**

If you are struggling with integrations of ITOM products or want to focus more on the solution part of it, ZigiOps products take a huge level of time-consuming and mundane tasks off the plate. Go for it.

**What problems is ZigiOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Direct intgration between monitoring events to event management tool to Incident management. Completes the work flow. We can pick and choose details that we want to transfer rather than writing any processing scripts in native tools.Great time saver

**What do you like best about ZigiOps?**

Simplicity of integration that comes ootb. Integrating OpsBridge (Event Management and AIOps), Dynatrace (APM side of the story) and ServiceNow (ITSM processes) is really easy and needs little customization to adopt to our processes.
As company we don't need to wary bput developing and supporting in-house solutions - we use only one - ZigOps.
I like the pace and support of the team, agile working on delivering new content. As we are also users of Cloud platforms I cannot wait to see (and use) GCP integration.

**What do you dislike about ZigiOps?**

Hardly anything at all. Only that ZigiOps deserves more market visibility!

**Recommendations to others considering ZigiOps:**

They listen to customer needs and wishes.

**What problems is ZigiOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unified Event Management - gathering events from Dynatrace and serving ITOM aspects of services offered to our customers. Applying AIOps on top of those "integrated" events brings more Business perspective into solving problems and issues.
Using ServiceNow integration we enrich Incident Management, Problem and Change Management - keeping ITOM and ITSM in sync.

**What do you like best about ZigiOps?**

I have used ZigiOps to integrate Jira and also different monitoring and incident solutions.
Very easy and intuitive to implement. Took me two hours per integration and we were up & running. Really incredible. 
Their customer service is very professional and supportive.

**What do you dislike about ZigiOps?**

Currently, I don't have any such feedback to provide. We were able to accomplish all our project goals.

**What problems is ZigiOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to sync between multiple platforms. So it was either purchase a specific integration from each software manufacturer or to have one tool that will act like a hub or a middleware and will be able to manage all those integrations in one tool. We choose the 2nd option cause ZigiOps is coming with all the integrations we required.

**What do you like best about ZigiOps?**

Powerful and easy to configure the product. Offers many out-of-the-box functionalities which are very much needed during integrations with various systems. Support team is also very helpful and their documentation is good, which helps a lot during the different integration setups. Also, quite easy to do out-of-the-box integration without too much and expensive Professional Services hours.

**What do you dislike about ZigiOps?**

Team is covering 9 to 6 business hours support times, it would be good if they extend that to be able to cover more time zones. However, their documentation is quite good and not much support is needed, only in cases with troubleshooting.

**Recommendations to others considering ZigiOps:**

I recommend the solution to anyone who wants to use a tool with many out-of-the-box functionalities and less operational overhead, easy to use and integrate. Documentation is also very good and comprehensive and not too much support or Professional services hours are needed here.

**What problems is ZigiOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to integrate Jira with BMC Remedy. The integration was easy to configure and I managed to do it very quickly. The team was of course available for consultation. We have been using their integrations for more than a year now and decided to add new integrations.

Great usability and always fast response from the team supporting it. It was a breeze to complete the required integrations and data transformation.
The product was easy to use and very intuitive. It is great for solving complex issues as data transformation, multiple integrations, correlations and more.

The tool is very easy to use. The UI is very intuitive and you can do whatever you need in just a minutes with couple of clicks. Very nice modern solution!

We really liked the fact that there is no code needed in order to integrate with different kind of platforms.

Till now everything is looking good, I hope that many more systems would come in the near future.

The configurations for different types of integrations can be achieved faster due to lack of code writing that can safe you a lot of time. ZigiOps is working really fast and now enterprise can focus on the important thing rather than focusing on integration of the internal systems.

You can connect your systems easy with the ready to use templates. We further configured the data mapping and filterings as per our convenience.

**What do you dislike about ZigiOps?**

Everything is well so far, we have used ZigiOps for 1 year.

We integrated Jira with ServiceNow. The tool is installed on-prem, runs smoothly in the background. Dashboard is rich and easy to read. All issues, events and alarms are synced in real-time.

**What do you like best about ZigiOps?**

ZigiOps is super easy to use and intuitive. It's truly a no-code integration platform, too: being able to automate tasks without any coding experience is something I really appreciate (and need!). The UI instantly gives me a quick overview of each integration's status and health. Integrations function smoothly.

Nothing specific. The platform is stable and performs well.

The platform allows tools to exchange data automatically, which really simplifies workflows. It helps us automate a part of the work, and  gives us much better visibility into the different systems and resources we're using.

Very good platform for integration services. Intuitive and user-friendly, minimum integration efforts required, great support team and professional services.

Support team is only located in Europe and this might cause time delays due to time difference in the different regions.

**What problems is ZigiOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used it for integration between ticketing platform and other internal systems. It reduces the integration efforts between ticketing system and some legacy systems used internally.

Simple dashboard with everything you need to know, templates for the integrations. Easy to set up - their tech people are very responsive and always help in the initial set up.

**What do you like best about ZigiOps?**

We bought the product to connect our JIRA instance with a ServiceNow managed by a customer of ours.  It took us only a few hours to go-live because the UI is very easy to use and ZigiWave's team assisted us any time we were stuck with something. The level of attention adds a lot of value to the product itself and its technical capabilities.

**What do you dislike about ZigiOps?**

Nothing specific in the product. However, the documentation might be improved a bit.

**Recommendations to others considering ZigiOps:**

If you need a long term solution to support your integrations, I would definitely recommend ZigiOps. 
Their roadmap is public and the company is pretty open to adding new connectors even outside of it. Apart from that, the functionality is designed by experts in the area to make it very easy for the end-user to understand and configure a specific flow.

**What problems is ZigiOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First - automation of ticket transfer which saved us a lot of time. This leads to optimizing our internal process for handling customer requests and delivering a better service to them.
