The implementation of SIGNL4 into our existing systems was very straightforward and time-efficient, thanks to the open API and pre-built templates. Whenever questions or issues arose, customer support provided prompt and effective assistance.

I appreciate SIGNL4's seamless integration with our management consoles like Genetec, Samsung, SCOM, and SolarWinds, which helps consolidate our operations under one system. The user categories and enhanced shift management features significantly improve our team coordination and efficiency. The user interface is a vast improvement, making it more accessible for the team. I find the mobile app offers a superior user experience, allowing for ease of use on the go. Furthermore, the AI capabilities and insight reporting are incredibly beneficial for understanding alerts and gaining quick insights into activities, such as identifying patterns in weekly reports and pinpointing issues like 'noisy neighbors.' The transition from our previous platform was smooth, thanks to the supportive team from Derdack, making the initial setup very easy despite not transferring old configurations. Overall, the platform's features enhance our operations and provide a streamlined management experience.

The platform is simplistic yet robust. It integrates with everything and allows both high-level, sweeping as well as extremely granular controls of alerts. Setup is quick and easy, and if you needed to, you could run with it out of the box for a while. Their customer support team and customer management folks are super helpful and stick with you long after the setup is complete. What I think I appreciated most, is that when we were building a POC and testing the features, they gave us space to play and try things out. I wasn't hounded by the sales folks to purchase. They let the product speak for itself. When you're setting up a tool that is potentially going to get you out of bed at 2am on Christmas eve, you want to make sure that its a companion, not a nuisance.
