Being able to buy credit bundles also makes the service feel accessible and cost-effective for our specific budget.

The lack of a “save and resume” option during broadcast setup is really frustrating. If I get pulled away by another task, I often have to abandon what I’ve done and then start the whole process over from scratch the next day. A draft folder, or any way to pause and pick up where I left off, would make the experience much smoother and significantly improve the overall user experience.

I use DialMyCalls for outreach and coordination for our annual fundraising gala. It has been an essential tool for us to ensure that our community receives timely information directly. I couldn’t be happier with DialMyCalls. The pricing structure is incredibly fair at one credit per 30 seconds, which is a huge advantage compared to other services that cap you at 30 seconds total. Our voice messages are typically around 50 seconds long, so having that flexibility makes a real difference for our business.

This platform has been a game changer for reconnecting with our previous year customers for our landscaping and lawn care services. What used to take hours, sometimes even days, of office time and phone calls is now completed in just minutes. The time savings alone make this service invaluable.

While the service is extremely efficient, there are a few areas that could be improved. The credit system, although fair, can become a bit difficult to track when running multiple campaigns or longer voice messages. It would be helpful to have more detailed usage insights or forecasting tools to better manage credits and plan outreach without needing to constantly monitor balances.

Additionally, while the AI voices are very impressive, there are occasional moments where tone or inflection could be more customizable to better match a specific brand voice. Having deeper control over pacing, emphasis, or slight personalization options could make messages feel even more tailored. Lastly, integrating more advanced scheduling or automation features, such as follow ups based on customer interaction, would take an already strong platform to the next level.

**What do you like best about DialMyCalls?**

After years of use, we still use this platform for our automated calls. It is one of the most affordable platforms we've found with the call features we've needed. Even though many steps are required to customize and schedule the calls, it is effective and results are seen.

**What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?**

We recently reached out to support to inquire about Broadcast (call) reports. We are trying to evaluate month-by-month trends in call volume, how many call recipients answered, how many calls were push-to-talk, how many calls went out that month, how many failed, etc. Unfortunately, at this time, you must download an individual broadcast's call report into an Excel document and organize and evaluate the data yourself. We must pull a report one-by-one, broadcast by broadcast, and cannot currently do so with a broader view (i.e., month-to-month, annual, or other span/filter).

**What problems is DialMyCalls solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, our team was manually calling individuals to inform them that their partnership gifts did not go through. This was very time-consuming, and most of the calls went to voicemail. After implementing DialMyCalls for automating these calls, partners are notified more quickly, they receive a detailed voicemail or they can connect with our team immediately to update their giving. This has increased our team's efficiency and increased our ability to engage in personal calls with those who prefer to call in.

I really find DialMyCalls straightforward to use. I can set up a recording, plan a broadcast, and schedule it with ease. As soon as I feel the need to leave a message or notify people of something, I just go to the recording, record it, and then I can select which group of people to notify and when. This makes it possible to take care of things right when I think about them and then not have to worry about it anymore because I know it's going to be done. Also, the initial setup was extremely easy.

So probably the aspect of having to go to the recording to record and then go to broadcast to select that recording. Probably, if I could just go to broadcast and be able to record a live message, then that way and then through that that live recording can be named and organized on the back end. But skipping the need to go to a separate tab to record would probably make things more streamlined.

I use DialMyCalls to easily reach all our church members for events or cancellations, without calling each person. It lets me leave voice messages, ensuring everyone is notified, even those without text messaging.

I really appreciate how user-friendly DialMyCalls is and the group aspect where I can have different categories for people I want to send messages to. It's awesome to be able to communicate with different groups, like foster parents, staff, and community partners, rather than sending one bulk message to everyone. Also, when I researched other options, I found DialMyCalls to be by far the most cost-effective on the market. It's a great resource for us, being much more affordable than other things out there. I find DialMyCalls to be an excellent platform with outstanding customer service. It's easy to use and very reliable. I love how it saves my agency a tremendous amount of time by allowing us to reach a large group of talent quickly and efficiently, instead of contacting them one by one. The support team is always helpful and responsive, which I really appreciate. This feature of reaching dozens of talents at once was precisely the reason my agency chose to use DialMyCalls, and it's been priceless in terms of time-saving.

I wish I could text the talent from the same number that's verified by the company. When talents can't take the call and receive a text from an unknown number, they often don't open or respond, which is frustrating. This issue causes me to not see responses or text messages, wasting my time. It would be great if this could be fixed so I don't have to consider moving to another service.

I love that DialMyCalls is pay-as-you-go. I feel like I can use it when needed, and I'm not stuck into a particular plan. I also just love how easy it is to set up a broadcast. It's very simple, very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?**

Yeah. I don't like how, when you start a broadcast, you can't save and continue later. You have to restart. Each time. It'd be nice if you could do half of it and then if you're missing some information, go and grab that and then finish the rest later without having to restart the whole broadcast. Getting the vanity phone number set up was a little bit complicated for us, as well. We're a remote office. So we don't necessarily want to use our personal numbers or home addresses.

I like how quickly DialMyCalls calls people and the clarity of the recordings, which ensures that people don't struggle to hear the messages. I appreciate that it allows us to use our church's phone number for calling, so if anyone has questions, they can call back and we can answer them live. The customer service is very personable, and I get answers the same day by email, call, or text, which won me over. Switching from our previous service, I found the fast calling with DialMyCalls truly changes the game for me.

The phone setup could be improved. To make phone calls, you have to record and then set it up, which takes a little bit longer than I'd like. It would be easier on the app to just record and send it out.

The set up with customer service was very easy. They took the stress out of the situation and were with you from start to finish during the setup. The interface is intuitive and easy to use for sending messages. The performance and speed of the system is very rapid. The price per unit is excellent. It connected to our other tools really well. The AI-powered features are very nice.

DialMyCalls made it easy to register our number to prevent it from being flagged as spam. This part of the process was free whereas other services charge a fee. The plans offered fit our organization well.

I had issues with the free trial. After signing up for the trial I was only able to send one test message before getting error messages about my number being unregistered or exceeding message limits

We were using group texts to communicate with members and if one member sent a reply everyone in the chat received it we are now able to send alerts and updates to members and if one replies that information only comes back to us

**What do you like best about DialMyCalls?**

I like that DialMyCalls is very easy to set up, and allows us to keep the account active for long periods of time. It's perfect for our use case, where we have about 53 units, or a little under 100 residents, that we need to send text messages to. I appreciate having a system where I can just load up credits and have it stay active for long periods of time, since we use it infrequently. Additionally, setting up the system was extremely easy, as I was able to get a test going within five minutes.

There isn’t anything that I dislike currently

DialMyCalls makes it easy to communicate with residents during emergencies, like gas leaks. It's simple to set up, handles our small scale of about 90 phone numbers efficiently, and allows us to load credits that don't expire quickly.

I like the web interface of DialMyCalls because the UX is clean and efficient; I did not have any confusion about where to go to meet my needs. The customer support has been excellent; I had a few questions and the agents were able to answer all of them in a timely manner via live chat. The price is also a major plus for me, especially the Pay as You Go feature, which is excellent and suits my business needs perfectly. No other competitor has this feature. Additionally, the initial setup process was super easy.

The only thing I can think about improving is the WYSIWYG (HTML editor) for text input. There should be options for including non-breaking characters and page break characters.

**What do you like best about DialMyCalls?**

I really appreciate the contacts and groups you can organize in Dial My Calls. The reporting feature is helpful as well. I also find it useful that you can add users with different permission levels. We currently use this service quarterly, but we plan to start using it monthly. It’s very straightforward for our staff, who enjoy being able to save templates and set up recurring messages.

**What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?**

I would appreciate having access to more reports. We've noticed an issue where some texts are not delivered to recipients, and often there isn't a clear explanation for why this happens. While some reports provide helpful information, others make it difficult to determine the reason for non-delivery. Additionally, it would be much more convenient if we could preview reports directly on the screen instead of having to generate and download them each time.

This tool has become essential for us in keeping our staff informed about office closures and distributing critical emergency updates when required. Our initial adoption of it was during the COVID pandemic, and we quickly realized how valuable it was. Lately, we've also started to make use of it for sending meeting reminders to important stakeholders and to send out survey links to the community.

**What do you like best about DialMyCalls?**

I like DialMyCalls for its ease of use and the flexibility of having our own local and vanity numbers. Having a local number is very valuable because it allows our customers to text us at our office number, which makes them happy, and if they're happy, we're happy. The competitive pricing was also a significant reason we switched to DialMyCalls. I'm very happy with the tech support team, as they did everything needed to get our numbers ported over despite some initial difficulties.

I think the interface on the web could be improved a little bit. Not that it's very difficult, but it's not as intuitive as I would like.

It was very easy to set up and learn. Was able to use it in a crisis where my other robocall provider had locked me out of an account over the weekend and was out of the office.

**What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?**

Emails must be sent with a call or text, and they don't have a customizable title. Due to this, most people thought it was spam and didn't read it. I need to be able to put my organization's name on it at least. When it says "You've got a message," it looks like spam. When it says "Message from Lakeview Baptist Church," it looks more official.I think this is an easy and crucial improvement to the service.

It would also be really nice to just send emails as well. It's a desirable feature. I would love it if it's free, but if it was like 1c each to stop spam, that would be fine too.

Was able to set up and get running without hiccups or delays in service. My people were immediately notified when it mattered most and there's not much more you could ask for than that.

**What do you like best about DialMyCalls?**

I like that you can pre-save the broadcasts, like the recording and the text, so you don't have to repeat the recordings every time. It lets us just record the message once and then schedule a broadcast using these pre-recorded messages. Having the contact list already pre-saved makes it super easy to send out a broadcast within a couple of clicks. Also, the initial setup of DialMyCalls was very easy.

**What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?**

I haven't looked into the API functionality quite yet, but I want to explore that functionality to see if it exists. And if it does, if we're able to integrate with the other platforms that we use. It could be easier to get your number approved for text messaging, but I understand that that's probably like a legal requirement that you go through that process.

DialMyCalls saves me from having to manually call clients for updates, allowing me to broadcast messages easily. It lets me pre-save broadcasts, schedule them with prerecorded messages, and send them with just a few clicks.

I really like how DialMyCalls is very user-friendly. It's pretty self-explanatory, so we don't have to train anyone to use it. I appreciated that DialMyCalls made it so that I could automate a message out without having to manually do it individually. I also appreciate that you could upload spreadsheets and not have to manually put in numbers one by one. Automating the process made it a lot easier for me. Another aspect I liked was that you could upload a different audio message for voicemails, instead of just if they answered the call. I thought that was pretty cool.

There are several issues I faced with DialMyCalls. First, the pricing was unclear. I thought one credit was needed for unlimited time, but it actually took three credits to send a voicemail, costing more than I budgeted. Second, the upload feature for spreadsheets wasn't as easy as expected. I had to spend a lot of time reformatting my spreadsheets since it wouldn't recognize multiple phone number columns. Third, the audio quality diminished once the message was uploaded, which was disappointing for distributing musical content. Also, the platform behaved inconsistently during test calls, sometimes not leaving voicemails or calling at all, which caused anxiety about the actual broadcast. While their customer support was helpful and provided extra credits, the issues with trusting the delivery reports were frustrating. Plus, I found the lack of international capabilities limiting.

Our church has used two different platforms for years that have not given us exactly what we needed. I researched and found DialMyCalls and even though we've only been using it a few days, I'm already incredibly impressed with the ease of use and implementation. Our phone messages are going out much smoother than our previous platforms, and now we have the option for texting which is a huge plus. And, we can send emails from it without having to have two different programs. The cost of DialMyCalls is hundreds less than we were paying for the other platforms so we are glad we found DialMyCalls and made the switch! Our communications with customer support in figuring out if the platform would meet our needs was top notch and they have been phenomenal to work with!

I like that DialMyCalls saves me a lot of time and is efficient. It doesn't cost a lot, and I find the price to be a good trade-off for what it does. I really like the calling feature because even if people don't answer, they often call back, which is useful. It's a great way to reach out to new agents without having to individually text or call each one. The text blast and call features are very useful, and I can send out messages to a large group all at once using a spreadsheet. Most times, I use Excel, and I’ve been able to send out up to 400 text messages at once. The initial setup was fairly simple, and getting a call and email from the team to help me understand the functioning was very useful. Overall, I find it pretty easy, even without a ton of experience in this space.

You can't save broadcasts as drafts for future texts. As in the schedule texts, but not confirmed yet.

Thanks for the feedback on the drafts. We also offer text/SMS templates, which allow you to save a variety of pre-written messages.

Also, good news; we’re currently working on pre-saved broadcasts. This feature will let you set up broadcasts ahead of time and have them ready to send with just one click.

**What do you like best about DialMyCalls?**

I like that DialMyCalls is working now. A call I sent yesterday worked fine, which is a relief because it had stopped working about five years ago. Additionally, I appreciate that the initial setup was pretty good since my last account details were still found, allowing me to use the same numbers from five years ago with just some updates. It's nice that I get a report after sending out a call. The pricing seems reasonable at this point, and I don't really have anything to complain about.

Cost -- not free.

DialMyCalls saves me time by allowing me to call all members of my church at once, instead of dialing 50 different numbers.

I find the two-way text messaging capability particularly necessary and valuable for my campaigns. Additionally, uploading CSV files or creating new numbers on the platform is super easy, which streamlines the workflow significantly.

I really appreciate the customer service with DialMyCalls. I've had several interactions in a short time, and the representative has been outstanding, always going the extra mile to ensure I have all the necessary information. This level of support has truly made my experience better. The interface is another aspect I like; it's pretty straightforward and user-friendly, which means I don't have to spend a lot of time figuring things out. The ease of use is significant—it's refreshing to jump into the platform and understand what needs to be done without needing to consult tutorials or guides. This functionality aligns perfectly with my needs, making my tasks more efficient. Overall, these factors contribute significantly to why I find DialMyCalls a valuable tool.

**What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?**

I find the audio uploading feature on DialMyCalls to be a bit lacking. When uploading an audio recording, even though it was less than a minute on my end, the platform recognized it as slightly longer, causing an issue with my credits. I had to re-edit the audio file to make it shorter. It would be beneficial if the platform provided more information about audio lengths and increments. Moreover, having an in-platform editing feature to do light trimming of audio files would greatly enhance the user experience.

I use DialMyCalls to reach a broad audience with a personal touch of a phone call, enhancing communication with voice messages, making it more personal than emails or texts.
