The lack of a “save and resume” option during broadcast setup is really frustrating. If I get pulled away by another task, I often have to abandon what I’ve done and then start the whole process over from scratch the next day. A draft folder, or any way to pause and pick up where I left off, would make the experience much smoother and significantly improve the overall user experience. I use DialMyCalls for outreach and coordination for our annual fundraising gala. It has been an essential tool for us to ensure that our community receives timely information directly. I love how it saves our volunteers countless hours of manual dialing, allowing them to focus on follow-up conversations. This tool allows our volunteers to skip the fatigue of manual dialing and focus their energy entirely on meaningful interactions. What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

I couldn’t be happier with DialMyCalls. The pricing structure is incredibly fair at one credit per 30 seconds, which is a huge advantage compared to other services that cap you at 30 seconds total. Our voice messages are typically around 50 seconds long, so having that flexibility makes a real difference for our business.

This platform has been a game changer for reconnecting with our previous year customers for our landscaping and lawn care services. What used to take hours, sometimes even days, of office time and phone calls is now completed in just minutes. The time savings alone make this service invaluable.

The AI voices are also extremely impressive. They sound natural, lifelike, and deliver messages with accuracy and clarity, which helps maintain a professional image when reaching out to customers.

What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

While the service is extremely efficient, there are a few areas that could be improved. The credit system, although fair, can become a bit difficult to track when running multiple campaigns or longer voice messages. It would be helpful to have more detailed usage insights or forecasting tools to better manage credits and plan outreach without needing to constantly monitor balances.

Additionally, while the AI voices are very impressive, there are occasional moments where tone or inflection could be more customizable to better match a specific brand voice. Having deeper control over pacing, emphasis, or slight personalization options could make messages feel even more tailored. Lastly, integrating more advanced scheduling or automation features, such as follow ups based on customer interaction, would take an already strong platform to the next level. What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

After years of use, we still use this platform for our automated calls. It is one of the most affordable platforms we've found with the call features we've needed. What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

We recently reached out to support to inquire about Broadcast (call) reports. We are trying to evaluate month-by-month trends in call volume, how many call recipients answered, how many calls were push-to-talk, how many calls went out that month, how many failed, etc. Unfortunately, at this time, you must download an individual broadcast's call report into an Excel document and organize and evaluate the data yourself. We must pull a report one-by-one, broadcast by broadcast, and cannot currently do so with a broader view (i.e., month-to-month, annual, or other span/filter). What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

I really find DialMyCalls straightforward to use. I can set up a recording, plan a broadcast, and schedule it with ease. As soon as I feel the need to leave a message or notify people of something, I just go to the recording, record it, and then I can select which group of people to notify and when. This makes it possible to take care of things right when I think about them and then not have to worry about it anymore because I know it's going to be done. What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

So probably the aspect of having to go to the recording to record and then go to broadcast to select that recording. Probably, if I could just go to broadcast and be able to record a live message, then that way and then through that that live recording can be named and organized on the back end. I find DialMyCalls really easy to use. I also like that you can pay as you go, without needing a subscription, which works well for us because we don't have a consistent need. The pricing format is really great as we can just buy credits and use them when we need them. As a small business, being able to buy a credit bundle makes it accessible for us. I don't like that when you try to set up a broadcast, there's no save and resume later or at least that I found. What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

I like that DialMyCalls is very easy to set up, and allows us to keep the account active for long periods of time. It's perfect for our use case, where we have about 53 units, or a little under 100 residents, that we need to send text messages to. I appreciate having a system where I can just load up credits and have it stay active for long periods of time, since we use it infrequently. What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

I like the web interface of DialMyCalls because the UX is clean and efficient; I did not have any confusion about where to go to meet my needs. The customer support has been excellent; I had a few questions and the agents were able to answer all of them in a timely manner via live chat. The price is also a major plus for me, especially the Pay as You Go feature, which is excellent and suits my business needs perfectly. No other competitor has this feature. I really appreciate the contacts and groups you can organize in Dial My Calls. The reporting feature is helpful as well. I also find it useful that you can add users with different permission levels. We currently use this service quarterly, but we plan to start using it monthly. It’s very straightforward for our staff, who enjoy being able to save templates and set up recurring messages. What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

I would appreciate having access to more reports. We've noticed an issue where some texts are not delivered to recipients, and often there isn't a clear explanation for why this happens. While some reports provide helpful information, others make it difficult to determine the reason for non-delivery.
