One recurring issue I have faced is with the recommendation status update; even after a security recommendation is remediated, the dashboard continues to show it is pending. Microsoft Defender is a easy to use and easy to implement. The best benefit is it is inbuilt with azure cloud and also can be integrated with other clouds easily and provide a unified dashboard for all the clouds. The pricing can be little complex to understand which can get expensive if not managed wisely. Also due to overwhelming features, it hs a steep learning curve which can be time consuming to go thorugh.
