**What do you like best about Motadata ServiceOps?**

IT asset management module in ServiceOps gives us one place to track all our hardware and software across the company. We can see what we own, where it sits, who is using it, and when warranties or licenses are coming up for renewal. The auto discovery picks up new devices on the network on its own, so we are not chasing inventory manually. As an IT company managing a lot of assets, having accurate inventory, license tracking, and a clear asset lifecycle in a single tool has cut out a lot of guesswork for us and made audits far easier to handle.

**What do you dislike about Motadata ServiceOps?**

dashboard could use a slight improvement. It covers what we need, but a few more customization options and a cleaner layout for the asset views would make it easier to get to the information we look at most often.

**What problems is Motadata ServiceOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before ServiceOps we tracked IT assets across spreadsheets and a few disconnected tools, so we never had a reliable picture of what we owned or where it was. ServiceOps gives us one place to manage the full asset lifecycle, from procurement to retirement, with auto discovery keeping the inventory current on its own. This has cut the time our team spends on manual inventory and audit prep by a large margin, and license and warranty tracking has helped us avoid paying for software we no longer use. As an IT company, having accurate, real time asset data has made our audits and renewal decisions far easier.

I like the most in the motadata is ticketing tools which we are using to automatically assigning the tickets to the available engineers and showing to the client as your ticket is in progress and assigned to the engineer

Upto now there is no dislike points in the motadata evening is good

**What problems is Motadata ServiceOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The advanced features are whenever the customer is raising any support ticket it will automatically forwarded to the ticketing tools and assing the ticket to the availability engineer 


It's reduces the cost of time and works seamlessly

Currently service Ops can have a feature of different dashboard with live monitoring of incident calls where it refreshes it self every 30 sec so as to meet our SLA .

The ability to customize, a unified dashboard to see everything in one place, an easy-to-use interface, auto-assignment of tickets, an SLA mechanism, and workflow automation are some of the best things about Motadata's ServiceOps solution. We used it for ticketing and asset management.

It offers an excellent dashboard that provides data on the health of network devices, Aiding us in analysing and connecting all of our IT data. Use it to increase productivity, it has the best report-based performance excellent.

The good thing which I like about motadata serviceOps is it eliminates the gap between the Information technology management team and the Information technology operation team.

The thing which needs to be improved was the multi-language handling capability and the machine learning looks a little outdated when compared with the other serviceOps.
