It did require some efforts in setting up but it was all worth it. We use it on a daily basis for our industrial asset management and whenever we have hickups, our sales rep is there to help us. The dashboard has also integrated with our ERP on the backend which is a blessing in disguise. **What do you dislike about Losant?** Low refresh rate means that after some period of inactivity, I have to log out and log in again for the correct results to pop up. This may be particular to industrial asset management or some API glitch but this is one of the things i dislike. **What problems is Losant solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have machinery all over the plant and it helps in terms of asset tracking and management on a regular basis. This has helped us to keep a track of maintenance schedule of our equipment in our network. ### 3. Many other minor improvements can be made from UI/UX perspective which would be helpful for users and can more easily access the platform. Adding dashboards and additional options when importing different types of resources can be time-consuming.
