I really like how quickly the Rapid7 MDR team jumps on any suspcious activity. Their analysts do most of the heavy lifting for us — checking alerts, confirming real threats, and telling us what actions we need to take. It saves our team a ton of time. The visibility they give across our enviroment is solid, and the communication during incidents is clear and straghtforward. I sometimes feel the alerts come in a bit out of order, making it harder to figure which ones we should look at first. The portal can also load things in the wrong place at times, so you end up clicking around more than you’d expect. And every now and then the recommendations show up a little mixed with older info, which makes the follow‑up steps take longer than they should.

We use MDR for their 24/7 SOC and they are always on top of response time. The amount of knowledge each consultant has is unbelievable.
