We periodically check your websites and APIs against our servers, and send you instant notifications when we detect an outage. Receive instant alerts via email, SMS, Slack, Teams, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, Telegram, Discord and more. Invite your colleague to share reports and alerts. On top of monitoring, we offer a Status Page service allowing to display the status of your services in a dedicated page, hosted on our platform, with your own custom domain. ## Hyperping Reviews ### 1. Hyperping, helps us ensure that our website and apps are always up and running smoothly. I love that it constantly checks our site and alerts us right away if there are any issues. This helps us anticipate and fix problems before they turn into bigger headaches. **What do you dislike about Hyperping?** Not much to be honest. All the minor improvements that we wanted to see have been addressed. **What problems is Hyperping solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we launched our business, we only had a handful of customers. But as we started scaling, we needed a better way to communicate with our customers how reliable our website and applications were. We also needed to be alerted as soon as possible when something went wrong. ### 2. Creating nice looking status pages is also very easy. The team is very responsive on the chat. I've been using it for several years and it never failed me. **What do you dislike about Hyperping?** It would be great if we could have a feature to send a custom JSON paylong to a custom endpoint to be able to use custom integrations which are not already provided with Hyperping. **What problems is Hyperping solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us to have a central tool to monitor all our servers. ### 3. It has everything well organized right from the get go and gives us a presentable status pages that is easy and fast to manage. No questions left. And shouts out to Leo, who is always there to listen like a champ. When it comes to downtimes there can be split second decisions and peak demand - it's great to have a platform you can depend on, with support that cares. **What do you dislike about Hyperping?** Hyperping has integrations but could have even more, but overall I have nothing that I dislike. **What problems is Hyperping solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hyperping gives us a great statuspage for our business. ### 4.
