It has help us in many different situations for website issues/dns issues. Also it can be used for internal monitoring with enterprise agents. **What do you dislike about ThousandEyes?** The only downside I have is with the kubernetes dockers agent monitoring. The agents don't see to stay up and when you reboot the agent gets recreated causing agent to agent test problems. **What problems is ThousandEyes solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves issue with transaction test against API monitoring. It also helps with external DNS issues that may happen. It will help with an agent to agent test for cloud monitoring. There is a bunch more but these are the big highlights. ### 16. The platform should be able to create baselines and set thresholds automatically for some tests.
