I have used it to monitor a farm of IIS web servers and Microsoft SQL Servers in a production environment to ensure uptime of all servers in the pool. The servers supported a major travel website. The real-time monitoring is the best feature we found in Opsveiw. also, we like how easy to add servers and devices to it and you can modifying existing configuration, which was very helpful when we made some changes on our infrastructure. Furthermore, the GUI looks very good and it makes it very easy to understand what is going on as as it is providing a great overview of all hosts and services.
