## Pulsetic Reviews
 ### 1. Pulsetic Is Easy to Set Up and Reliably Alerts Us During Outages

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Pulsetic has been super easy to use. It was quick to set up, and I’ve been using it for a few years now without it letting me down. Whenever I’ve had an outage, it’s woken me up in the middle of the night exactly as expected. I also like that the calls always come from the same number, so I can save it as an emergency contact. That way, I can keep "Do Not Disturb" on but still have Pulsetic come through.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

I never receive the monthly invoice by email, and it’s frustrating because my accountant then has to contact me when I’ve forgotten to add the invoice. It ends up wasting time for both of us.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulsetic gives me peace of mind that my sites and endpoints are actually up and responding without me having to babysit them. I get instant alerts the moment something goes down, so I can react before users start noticing and reaching out. The public status pages are a nice bonus too: instead of fielding "is it just me?" messages, I can point people to a live page that shows current status and uptime history. For a small team, it replaces the need to build or wire up monitoring infrastructure ourselves, and the setup took minutes rather than hours.

 ### 2. Effortless Setup and Easy Monitoring with Pulsetic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aryo S. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Pulsetic is easy to set up and integrate. You don’t need much time to get it running. The interface is clear and simple. It’s easy to see what’s going on at a glance. The design looks great, too. I had no trouble finding what I needed and monitoring my sites is straightforward. If you want a simple tool that works well, Pulsetic is a good choice.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Sometimes Pulsetic says a site is down, but I can still open it. I think it’s because of how it checks from different places or networks. Maybe it’s a CDN or DNS thing. It’s a bit confusing when this happens. This doesn’t happen often, and it’s a minor issue. Most of the time, Pulsetic works as expected.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage several client websites and apps, so knowing right away when something goes down is really important for me. Pulsetic helps a lot with that.

 ### 3. Pulsetic: Easy to Use, Fast Reporting, and Great Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Easy to use, fast reporting, super clear, with many useful settings at an absolutely fair price - I've been looking for a tool like Pulsetic for a long time, and I'm glad I found it!

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

My initial monitoring setup automatically used servers worldwide, with no option to choose. Now I can select them without any problems – so perhaps it was just a temporary issue.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, the tools were either self-hosted and therefore always dependent on one's own hosting provider, or expensive, or complicated to use. Pulsetic solves all three problems for our agency.

 ### 4. Reliable uptime monitoring that reduces manual work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariana K.

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Pulsetic has simplified our uptime monitoring significantly. We’ve fully automated uptime tracking and SLA reporting, which removed a lot of manual work from our monthly and annual reports. The automated downtime notifications (via Slack and email) help the team react quickly when something goes wrong. The tool is straightforward to set up and easy to use day to day. The API is especially valuable for us, as it allows us to use a dedicated health-check endpoint and integrate uptime data directly into our internal workflows.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

The pricing model could be more flexible around team access. Adding a small number of additional seats currently requires jumping to a higher plan, which feels disproportionate. It would also help to have better filtering and organization when reviewing a larger list of monitored domains.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulsetic automates uptime monitoring and alerting, which reduces manual effort and ensures we’re notified immediately when downtime occurs. This has improved our response time and made SLA reporting much more reliable and consistent.

 ### 5. Effortless Monitoring with Exceptional UI and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel D. | Founder & President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I like using Pulsetic for monitoring my clients' websites to know when they go offline before my clients do. I appreciate how it helps solve responsiveness when a website goes offline. I really like the UI of the platform and the custom support team; they work very well hand in hand. The initial setup of Pulsetic was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

I wish they did have more monitors on the free plan, like from different locations and that you could switch. I'd suggest offering more locations for monitoring or flexibility on the free plan which would make it easier to test the platform's full value before upgrading.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pulsetic for monitoring my clients' websites to know if they go offline before they do. It helps solve responsiveness issues when websites go down.

 ### 6. Pulsetic makes uptime monitoring simple and effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Israel J. | IT Auditor/Analyst, Government Administration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Pulsetic is a very solid tool for keeping track of website uptime and performance. Even on the free tier, it offers reliable monitoring based on HTTP response codes with email alerts, which is perfect for quickly knowing if something goes wrong. The interface is clean and easy to use, with clear status reports, response time graphs, and historical uptime data. Many users highlight its simplicity, fast notifications, and professional-looking status pages, and I agree — Pulsetic delivers exactly what you need to stay confident about your site’s availability.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

At the moment, it fulfills all my needs, so I don't have any complaints.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for an external monitoring service that was easy to set up and also provided a status page. Pulsetic delivered exactly what I needed, making the whole process straightforward.

 ### 7. Effortlessly Manages Website Uptime with Free Monitors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Md Tahseen H.

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I love how Pulsetic provides direct notifications when my website is down, ensuring I'm immediately aware of any potential issues. This feature is incredibly important for uptime management and helps me maintain a reliable web presence. I also appreciate that Pulsetic offers free monitors, which is a fantastic bonus, allowing me to use essential functionalities without incurring additional costs. The initial setup was super easy, making the transition smooth and hassle-free. These aspects contribute to my confidence in the product, making it highly reliable and recommending it to others.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

I would like to have the ability to specify expected responses for the monitors. This feature would make Pulsetic perfect for my needs.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pulsetic for web monitoring and uptime management. It tells me directly if my website is down and offers free monitors, providing reliable performance compared to Uptimerobot's occasional false downtimes.

 ### 8. Effortless Monitoring with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Serhii O.

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I use Pulsetic to monitor my services' availability and health, and I like that I can create a Status Page with all monitors. I appreciate the easy UI and quick understandable alerts. I enjoy the ease of customization of the Status Page and the Heartbeat feature that allows me to set up analytics heartbeat. The initial setup of Pulsetic was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

When Cloudflare is down, Pulsetic is also down, which is bad but understandable. It would be great if Pulsetic could still work when Cloudflare, AWS, or GCP is down.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pulsetic to monitor service availability and health. It sends me calls when issues arise, keeping me calm. I also created a status page for all monitors.

 ### 9. Timely Support with Evolving Features. Nice alternative for closing Fresping.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Their support response and their willingness to improve the product based on our feedback. When we needed features added or improved, like the Microsoft Teams integration messages, they implemented those changes very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Adding new monitors is kind of confusing if the monitor is not a website/http monitor. And allow for more customization options for notifications in Pulsetic. I'd like to have more control over how the notifications appear, like being able to customize the subject and format of the notification card.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Pulsetic for website availability and response time monitoring. It replaced Freshping, which shutdown. Pulsetic checked most boxes and added missing features quickly.

 ### 10. A clean and simple yet full featured uptime monitor

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Testing many uptime monitors, I always found some showstopping flaw. In one case the status page cost a hefty extra. In another case there was a status page at least in the paid plans, but it had typos, which is embarrassing. In yet another case, the per-monitor price was too hefty if as a blogger you wanted to test different parts of your homepage. Pulsetic even in free has a clean status page – even with own domain name! – which alone would cost a lot elsewhere. Of course, in free you test every 5 minute and have to pay for 1 minute, but that's classical freemium. Like it!

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Pulsetic would be perfect, if they added a) a mobile app, maybe even with Apple Watch extension, but more importantly b) heartbeat/cron-monitoring. Then I truly would get everything from one monitoring supplier.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to know, if my site is running (and showing, what it should). And if not, I need a channel to communicate it to my dear readers.

 ### 11. Reliable monitoring that actually works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

After three months with Pulsetic, I can confidently say it delivers on its promises. The monitoring accuracy has been spot-on. No false positives that waste time, and it catches real issues quickly.

What impressed me most is how simple it is to set up and use. I had monitoring running within minutes, not hours. The dashboard is clean and gives you the information you need without unnecessary clutter. When something goes down, the alerts are immediate and clear.

The pricing is fair for what you get, and their uptime tracking has helped me identify patterns I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. It's one of those tools that just works in the background without demanding constant attention.

If you need reliable website monitoring without the complexity of enterprise solutions, Pulsetic is worth considering. Three months in and I haven't had any regrets about switching to them.

* Accurate monitoring, easy setup, clean interface, reliable alerts

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

* None so far, if they falter I'll update.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When something goes down, the alerts are immediate and clear. Uptime tracking has helped me identify patterns I wouldn't have noticed otherwise.

 ### 12. A fantastic monitoring service with plenty of upgrades available should you need them

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | MD, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Pulsetic offer a great free version which for many people will be perfect. It can keep an eye on your website and send you an email should it go down.
For those wanting different notifications, more monitors or an increase in the checking frequency this can all be cobered by upgrading.

The layout is clean and easy to understand and you can be set up and monitoring within a few minutes

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

None that I have discovered. It seems to work exactly how I need it too

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have several high profile websites and I need to make sure they are live and working. This service monitors them 24/7 and pings me an email should any have any issues. I can also report back the server uptime to my clients

 ### 13. Clear and Simple Website Monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I think it's great that Pulsetic allows monitoring of up to 10 pages for free. The configuration is very simple, and the UI is designed to be very clear. I particularly like the clarity of the platform, as important details like status, certificate validity, and uptime are directly visible. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

So far, I have nothing to criticize. My requirements are fully met.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pulsetic to monitor a club website.

 ### 14. Free Tier Makes Testing a Breeze and Shows Pulsetic can Deliver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juno T. | Systems Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

A generous free tier for testing how it works is available. You get weekly reports summarizing uptime. Checks are reliable and there is an IP listing available so you can allow all known addresses through.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

I haven't had any issues when using Pulsetic.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves low awareness of uptime, particularly being surprised by eventual downtime. I can monitor several addresses, get a public status page and receive weekly mail reports.

 ### 15. Generous Free Tier, Needs Better Setup Guidance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I use Pulsetic for monitoring different functional areas of my own websites. It lets me know what services are down at what time. I like that the free tier is generous and suits hobbyist websites just right.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

I haven't found any major issues so far, but having detailed tutorials on how to set up the monitors would be excellent.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pulsetic for monitoring different functional areas of my websites, and it lets me know what services are down at what time.

 ### 16. Effortless Website Monitoring with Precise Alerts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel G.

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I like using Pulsetic because it's really precise and quick at reporting changes. I also appreciate the mobile app. The initial setup was really easy, just adding the website URL. Everything works as expected (or better).

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Nothing

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pulsetic to ensure my websites haven't gone down, as I couldn't know before. It gives precise and quick reporting on changes and the mobile app is a plus.

 ### 17. Excellent Alternative After Freshping Discontinued Their Free Plan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shakespeare C. | System Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Overall Experience
After 6 years with Freshping, I was forced to find an alternative when they discontinued their free tier. One month into using Pulsetic for monitoring my WordPress sites, I'm impressed with the upgrade in user experience and functionality.
What I Use It For
Website uptime monitoring for multiple WordPress sites I manage. Need reliable alerts and clear reporting for both personal monitoring and client communication.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Limited long-term data - Only one month of experience, so can't comment on long-term reliability
New to market - Less established than some competitors

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Website uptime monitoring for multiple WordPress sites I manage. Need reliable alerts and clear reporting for both personal monitoring and client communication.

I was looking for a new service to do uptime monitoring and gave Pulsetic a try. I heard about it from other web developers and decided to give it a try. In my initial use, I've had no issues. It's working well and I'm becoming familiar with the settings and capabilities. Initial setup was easy, no problems at all.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

I haven't had any issues yet. I did just start with Pulsetic and am exploring the capabilities.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a web developer who provides website care services I need to know immediately if a website is down. Pulsetic gives me what I need to monitor sites.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have several published websites and APIs that need to be operational 24/7 for my applications to function properly. Pulsetic monitors and alerts me whenever there's a problem with one of my monitors.

 ### 22. A very good alternative for UptimeRobot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edgar G. | Coordinator of IT, Logistics and Supply Chain, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Not gonna lie, when i was tasked to find an alternative to UptimeRobot because of their recent ToS changes i thought it was going to be an enduring task, they have a lot of years perfecting their product and even when there are a lot of players in the game is not so easy to compete with such a robust platform.

We looked to other solutions before the mouth-to-mouth word about Pulsetic came to us by other sysadmins, we immediately started test it and i have to say im convinced they are a good enough robust alternative to the other big ones in the game, and definitely one you would like to check if (like us) you need something to fill the gap UptimeRobot is leaving.

You have all the goods from UptimeRobot, a status page, a modern dashboard to configure the tool, clean stats details of the performance from the monitors, and acceptable enough options to choose from when creating monitors, but you have other stuff the others hide behind a paywall like more status pages. They also show you a cool map from the datacenters they use to ping your monitors and log data from failed checks which is a nice thing to have.

There's also the fact that in the last times UptimeRobot had a lot of false positives, especially from keyword monitors, and when a monitor activated sometimes it would take more time to report the real state than the real thing. We haven't had such things with Pulsetic.

All the process of implementation is easy enough (they have a lot of tutorials in their webpage so you can use this customer support portal in case you need it), so there's no excuses to not migrate from UptimeRobot. As a recommendation you can integrate it with Google chat using webhooks as a solution to the absense of mobile app, this way you can have a better day to day experience if you are a mobile user (me and my team use it frequently).

So yhea, we just moved everything to Pulsetic and we are very happy about it.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

I think they should really focus on creating a mobile app, yes you have email notifications and webhook in the free plan but a mobile app with push notifications could really be a game breaking feature. That's really the only thing i can think would make this fantastic product better.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We monitor all our IT infrastructure (servers, webpages, business apps).

 ### 23. Simple and Afforable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul S. | Self Employed, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

It is really simple and less congested than other products on the market.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

I submitted feedback for future implementations: Sorting Status Pages from A to Z and displaying tags directly on the Status Page and monitors.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was aware of the website downtime before my client messaged me about it. I can also show them the hosting uptime report.

 ### 24. The best website monitoring SSL monitor free is goodnes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Petr H. | IT administrator and programmer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

All is the best!

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Nothing, all about Pulsetic is the best.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Even the free version allows me to completely monitor websites as I need. Pulsetic has no competition, once I have more websites to monitor, I will definitely be happy to purchase it and support it financially. Thank you.

 ### 25. Best uptime monitoring around

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luyen D. | Technical Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

The ease of use, and variety of monitors such as keyword monitoring really sets Pulsetic apart.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

The price point is a little higher than other similar products.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m using Pulsetic to monitor uptime of more than a dozen health portals, and require timely alerts from global monitors.

 ### 26. Solid solution for website monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melriks D. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

We've had too many 'my site is down' calls so we searched for a solution to monitor our client websites. Pulsetic does exactly that. Every week we get a summary email with up-time stats. We put it on file for any client calls on the subject. It was very easy to set-up, and we quickly filled all of the slots at our pricing tier. The piece-of-mind provided by the service is very good.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

NA. It is filling the function that we need.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulsetic watches over several websites for us alerting us to any downtime caused by WordPress failures or server hiccups. It is our early warning email to check on a site before our clients catch that their website is down.

 ### 27. A must-have for web designers, developers and admins

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve F. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

If you manage multiple websites, staying on top of website uptime and SSL status is crucial, and Pulsetic makes it effortless. Its intuitive interface presents key metrics in an easy-to-follow format, allowing for quick insights without digging through complex dashboards. Each monitor also show Average response time, Downtime incidents, and the Average amount of time for downtime incidents. They also provide Status pages that you can set up for your clients. The customizable notification options are also nice so you can be immediately informed of any downtime or SSL issues so you can work to remedy them. With many great features, Pulsetic delivers a seamless, easy to implement, well-designed service that simplifies website monitoring.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Been using for a couple of months and have not found anything I do not like about their service. Maybe the only thing is that they do send quite of lot of marketing emails but it is easy to opt out of those.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use several different hosting servers and manage many websites, so it is great to have monintoring of these assets. Looking originally for just monitoring, I was happy to see the extra feature Pulsetic provides.

 ### 28. Simple easy-to-use monitors with status pages

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Pulsetic is easy-to-use and simple to get started. As an agency, I like that it includes unlimited status pages, because I can create one for each of my clients. Pulsetic includes every alert channel that I want, and advanced settings that give me greater confidence in the uptime. I can require that a response include certain text and respond within a certain timeframe in order for a site to be considered online. This gives me assurance that we would be notified if there were major performance issues or a bad deployment that made the site unusable. These features come with every paid plan, so our monthly bill is predictable. I left my previous provider because I felt like I was getting nickeled and dimed for every additional feature.

The API is a huge bonus on the teams plan. We have used it to add maintenance windows for certain monitors automatically based on events that happen in other software we use. On that note, we needed a new endpoint added to the API to be able to do that. I opened a customer support ticket and the founder responded quickly and had a new endpoint made for me the next week.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

This isn't Pulsetic's fault, but Cloudflare does not automatically whitelist Pulsetic's bots, so we have to do it manually for each site we want to monitor. Also, the API documentation is fairly basic and can be difficult to understand. Getting the API working took some trial and error, discovering which request fields are required, especially with timezones.

Pulsetic includes a Slack integration but it took some effort to get it working because I don't think it's made to work with Slack's workflows, which is what Slack is moving to.

The new user onboarding for teams sends the user their password in clear text, and does not give the new user a direct link to change their password.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulsetic gives us reliable website monitoring with advanced settings that give us confidence that the sites we maintain for clients are up and working properly.

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Simple and very effective monitoring service. I tried a bunch of alternatives, but this is the one I stayed with. Recommended!

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Noting comes to mind, really. All key functions I need for monitoring web sites are available.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have many different domains and projects and want to make sure I am notified as soon as any of them have issues or expiring certificates.

 ### 30. Essential Monitoring For Web Design & Development Agencies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott W. | Owner and Creative Director, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Pulsetic's monitoring is easy to set up via their super clean, user-friendly UI. I was up and running within only a few minutes. A helpful knowledge base is available for webmasters to refer to if needed. Highly recommended for those looking for an alternative to Uptime Robot. Pulsetic's pricing is also some of the most competitive in the industry. I highly recommend them for emerging and established agencies alike.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

There is currently no mobile app equivalent. Everything is handled through the website. This is an opportunity for the Pulsetic team to further elevate their service.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulsetic alerts me if/when my clients' sites go down. This is an essential service for agency owners who are actively managing multiple client sites that are covered by maintenance plans.

 ### 31. Works ok, has a free tier

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marty M. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

It's free and appreciated, but has enough quirks that it may not be worthwhile.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

- You can't select which countries your 3 free alerts come from. You can't turn off a country either, which leads to downtime alerts from purposely blocked countries.
- False positives from sites that are in fact online.
- Requires you to login on a regular basis, otherwise they delete your account.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitor the uptime of mission critical websites.

 ### 32. Reliable Monitoring with a Clean, Simple Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ayyan m. | Ceo/Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I’ve been using Pulsetic for a while now, and it’s been a really solid tool for monitoring my websites. The interface is super clean and straightforward — no unnecessary clutter, just what you need to get the job done. The monitoring itself is spot-on; I always get accurate notifications when something goes down, and the response times have been reliable so far.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

One thing I’d love to see in the future is a ping feature for monitoring IP addresses and servers, not just websites. It would make the tool even more versatile. But overall, I’m happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable website monitoring.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps monitior all websites in one place and i can just display it to my users easily.

 ### 33. Reliable uptime monitoring at affordable cost

**Reviewed by:** Shreyas V. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

I previously used Uptime Robot, but after their policy changes, I switched to Pulsetic.

I primarily use it to monitor the downtime of my websites. They offer real time monitoring with instant email notifications and a webhook integration that allows me to send data wherever needed. They also have customisable check frequency options (ranging from 5 minutes to 24 hours).

One of my favorite features is the redirect check, which ensures that my site’s redirects are working as expected.

Pulsetic has been reliable and accurate so far.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Nothing major so far to be honest. It works as marketed.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instant email alerts when servers go down
Webhook support for automation
Flexible monitoring frequency
SSL and redirect checks

 ### 37. Reliable uptime monitoring

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Apostolos K. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

The User Interface is as simple as it needs to be, without lacking functionality. Monitoring is very reliable, notifications are always correct and the response time is pretty good. Their support seems to be good. I always use this service to monitor all of my websites, and their interface makes it really easy to setup all of my monitos.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

I'd love to see a ping functionality to be added in order to monitor IP addresses and servers and not just websites.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I did not get notifications when my sites were down, and other solutions that I've used triggered false alerts in a large scale, which resulted to me not checking even real notifications.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron D. | CEO & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Better error handling on their side. I guess just being a more mature company.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

More innovation. Where is the integrated AI?

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now it is not benifiting me. It is causing my inbox to be peppered with false positive alerts. The problem is, that it is becoming like the boy who cried wolf, in that, we get a pulsetic notification we simply do not believe it. We have had to take on two other services in conjunction with pulsetic, because we cant trust the results we are getting.

 ### 44. Versatile and feature rich

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Pulsetic?**

Pulsetic has all the features I need to monitor a diverse group of hosts. I am able to utilize a simple ping or HTTP GET for some hosts, or one of the multiple other supported HTTP methods (get, post, put, patch, delete, head, options) for monitoring API uptime. The options for alert notifications are numerous. I like that Microsoft Teams is supported even on the free version. I can't comment on support, since I haven't needed it. It's a nice bonus that it can monitor the SSL certificate status for website monitors.

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

When I added my first monitor, I didn't realize that there are so many configurable options. After some exploring, I found the "Advanced Settings" page where I can customize my monitors.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulsetic allows me to be to be aware ASAP when our systems go down so that I can get ahead of the issue rather than being caught unaware when a user reports trouble.

 ### 45. Incredible ease of use, clean UI, generous free tier

Getting emails when things are down helps me get a jump on things before anyone is impacted.

Plus, I like seeing the historical data :)

**What do you dislike about Pulsetic?**

Some settings in the UI could be easier to find (such as email management), but with a bit of poking around, I can get to what I need.

**What problems is Pulsetic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing when my servers are down before it impacts too many users.
