The best thing about the Teamleader platform is that it combines CRM, project management tools, invoicing tools and keeping track of all its progress in check. And also their biggest advantage is that this platform has interconnected modules between sales, operations and billing all within a single flow system. Their interface is very clean and easy to navigate. makes the onboarding very easy. We can manage the entire customer cycle from the begining to the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of their advanced customisation options are a bit limited, specifically when trying to customise the workflows. Their reporting capabilities are useful, but can be more flexible and deeper in terms of reporting capabilities.
