I agree with that some problem is that - The mobile app is good for quick checks, but it doesn't have all the features of the desktop version. You still need your laptop for the "heavy lifting" like detailed project planning or complex invoicing,

The best thing about the Teamleader platform is that it combines CRM, project management tools, invoicing tools and keeping track of all its progress in check. And also their biggest advantage is that this platform has interconnected modules between sales, operations and billing all within a single flow system. I find the automation in Teamleader to be limited to simple triggers. More complex workflows, like automatic task assignments based on deal value or multi-step follow-up sequences, aren't supported natively. We often have to rely on manual updates or external tools to fill these gaps. Also, customer support and response times can be slow, which is frustrating when we encounter critical issues. They're not always local-time friendly either. The invoice and accounting features are too basic for our needs, especially dealing with multiple currencies and tax rules for Hong Kong and cross-border clients, so we need a separate tool for detailed financial reporting.
