Depending on a final solution design a Salesforce platform is mostly used with RESTful or/and microservice concepts. Regardless of integration purpose and scope, Salesforce is a cloud platform and by that, it has some limits. A Maven Integration Platform (MIP) is a native Salesforce application that extends standard Salesforce integration capabilities and provides new, more effective and efficient ways to accomplish some of the complex integration scenarios. MIP is addressing various integration challenges by providing an extension to both Inbound and Outbound native Salesforce integration capabilities. The leverage of GraphQL effectiveness is proven and well known. With MIP, a GraphQL language with Queries, Mutations and standard Salesforce object schema are natively supported on a Salesforce to be retrieved by REST API that consumes single/one call. I frequently use this tool for checking data flow from one system to another system.Its a great tool for transforming data and formats which ensures compatibility between multiple systems.Its a very good tool for designing and managing API's that ensures efficint communication between services.It provides support for scaling integration with flexible deployment needs. **What do you dislike about Maven Integration Platform?** Even though its a great integration tool, but its licensing and operational costs can be a little high which can be a barrier for smaller organizations. **What problems is Maven Integration Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** It simplfies the integration complexity to a great extent allowing organizations to connect applications, databases and services without any coding.This platform automates the repetative tasks and workflows increasing operational efficiency freeing up human resources to focus on more critical activites also significantly saving costs by reducing manual erros. ### 2. Additionally, the setup visibility is right within the Org. he Team assisted in implementation and provided hands on guidance and support. Once deployed, it just worked. Just recently, the receiving third-party api made a change to their field structure. Our internal Admin was able to adjust the configuration without the need for any additional support. This is a great platform. **What do you dislike about Maven Integration Platform?** I have not challenges with this platform. It saved the expense of developing and maintaining custom api/integration function. **What problems is Maven Integration Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We implemented this platform to connect Travel Planning and Itinerary offerings to a third-party website that allows Travel Agents to white label the offering. Benefits come with the efficiency, cost savings and flexibility. ### 3. The tool uses our Salesforce data and with the help of Maven Mule team we are generating beautiful invoices to our customers on the regular basis. At the moment we are using it only for invoices but see bunch of other possibilities and will definitely use these templates for other purposes as well.
