Even though I am not ready yet for a premium account, Fathom still provides real service on a product that supports the needs of a wide variety of members like me. My favorite features are that I can see the recording and jump to the script, and the synopsis is important as well :)

Fast, Clear Zoom Interview Recordings and Transcripts
I love how quick I can get a recording and transcript from the Zoom Interviews I run. I run 4-10 person group interviews and the transcriptions are so clear on who spoke and what they said (even if its hard to hear someone). Love the software!
