It was perfect... before their update. **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024 **What do you like best about Fathom?** I LOVED it before their update. The transcripts were mostly accurate, helpful timestamps, everything was fantastic. I recommended it to many clients and now I regret it. **What do you dislike about Fathom?** After their update, it all went downhill. The timestamps are EXTREMELY inaccurate. Like, for a 2-3 hour Zoom call, it will show timestamps as if my call was 6 minutes. Or it will categorize things in 45 minute chunks (which are also inaccurate). It's been happening for weeks, ever since they updated their platform. The service is now unusable. The meeting assistant also keeps leaving and then joining the meeting about 100x times per meeting which is super annoying. I've complained about it many times, but they just say it's new or they're aware of it. But WEEKS later, no resolution. **What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was helpful while it worked to create timestamps with summaries of what was covered in each section of the call. ### 2.
