I connect it with my marketing tools. It supports Google Calendar, Evernote, CRMs, Marketo and so forth. Must have in this work environment. **What do you dislike about Zappr.AI?** Weak on mobile apps. Wish they had one. Its free plan gives you few automations, and advanced features are only available with paid plans. **What problems is Zappr.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlining my document analysis and search process forour business. The customer support of this bot is pretty good and easy to use. The way we can assign any picture of our own to a bot is pretty fascinating and new to me. The tones like casual, professional are perfectly set . Unlike other AI Customer support bots this is easy to use . **What do you dislike about Zappr.AI?** The main thing I felt to be updated in this bot is I tried asking a Technical specific question to both wedding planner and Technical support , To my surprise both answered the question which needs to be changed accordingly. The specifation should be confined to the domain. **What problems is Zappr.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** This bot is having a catchy user interface which makes it easier to use than other chat bots. The GUI is pretty good and interactive which makes it easier to implement and create our own customized bots. we also can add our customized data to it from Git Hub etc.. which makes it unique. ### 3. This saves me time working through a lot of baggages and lets me click the icon to see the information easily in a blink of an eye. **What do you dislike about Zappr.AI?** Zappr is not good at searching for PDFs and certain features are not optimized within the interface. Often, the integration of software with existing websites and platforms is confusing and not so smooth. It requires a few more things to be put together with the specifications of my workflow which can be a shortcoming for the smooth functioning in my case **What problems is Zappr.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zappr has turned my document management from a chore to a creative process. I can throw many documents away as I’ve found the digital notes, they save me a lot of time, that I previously had to spend digging through the physical documents or searching endless text files. It’s a personal researcher that may even be able to focus on the particular information I need at my desired speed. **What do you dislike about Zappr.AI?** There are few situations when Zappr is facing a certain question which is complex or nuanced. The facilitation process may fail to grasp the real meaning or provide results that do not have any connection with the topic.
