What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

We have been using eMaint CMMS for some time and are completely satisfied. The software is extremely user-friendly and offers a clear, intuitive interface that is easy to understand even for new users. Particularly noteworthy is the flexibility in customizing workflows and forms – this allows the system to be optimally tailored to our operational requirements.

The functions for maintenance planning, asset management, and report generation are powerful and help us efficiently manage and document our maintenance processes. The support is also excellent: inquiries are answered quickly and competently.

Overall, eMaint is a reliable, versatile, and modern CMMS that has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS?

What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

eMaint has a strong foundation of essential skills, particularly its calendar-based preventive maintenance practices. When its working, it is a great tool that effectively lays out the information its being fed. The reports are also a great tool to visualize the day-to-day operations, I'm a big fan on how it's possible to separate and visualize the corrective vs preventive work done on each asset. What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS?

The delay in communication and resolution of problems/doubts between implementation and after hand-off has been jarring. During the implementation calls, we had most of our issues resolved within 3 days, after the hand-off call it sometimes takes longer than that to even hear back. What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

eMaintenance offers a highly customizable and meticulous work order system that allows our techs to efficiently complete their work. I am able to optimize forms, views, and permissions for each user, tailoring their systems to their personal workflow efficiencies. What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS?

The worst part about eMaint was the implementation phase of upgrading to X5. Outside of the software upgrade, building Reports is not intuitive to the user and oftentimes requires support from an eMaint team member when building them out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

It has changed the way that we schedule and track our field service technicians. Also we are also building a stonger more useful database for preventive maintenance and spare parts. What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

The ability to configure the system to suit our needs. We have developed a number of initiatives within the system, with input from the Fluke team, that have added better insight into not just our maintenance operations but also our production objectives Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS?

One of the main weaknesses in the iPad interface for X4, it requires separate development of forms and has limited layout functionality.

The second weakness is around the the number of configurable fields (256) available in the system which has limited some of the things we would like to do within the system, however this is an X4 limitation only vs X5.

The third weakness would be the function editor within the system that uses FoxPro, this isn't as intuitive as a more updated language and has some limitations. Although it isn't too hard to learn, it can be a little cumbersome to write 'complex' functions and math. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

Emaint is a fast and user-friendly CMMS system. Adding new assets is quick and straightforward, work orders are easy to follow, and the customer support team is always responsive and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS?

The only drawback I’ve found is that when I search for a work order, I cannot open it in a new browser tab with a simple middle mouse click, which makes navigation a bit less convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

We use eMaint daily for production maintenance and its very helpful keeping track of all of our maintenance inventory, actively removing parts as they are used and even populating our reorder list when on hand inventory gets low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS?

We have a lot of unused data from our previous system but plan to clean it up during our X5 transition later this year. There isn't much we dislike about X4 but we are excited to start using some of the new features in X5! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

eMaint helps us keep track of the PMs and Spare parts over 17 plants. It is great having a system that I can go into and see all of the plants and how they are always doing. What do you like best about eMaint CMMS?

I love how intuitive eMaint is. If you can use Excel, you will love that is is like that and better. If I had to pick one reason I would never leave Fluke, is the reporting functions. Being able to set up a report in a couple of minutes and have it atuo generating out to team is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eMaint CMMS?

They have a great customer service team and you can hop on a chat and get things resolved (mostly teaching me what I am doing wrong). I just wish that during that chat function we couldshadow my screen or account. Sending pictures is not the same as showing something live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
