At this moment, it's hard to think of what I like because what I don't like is driving me insane. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This used to be great software, but the AI element makes me work twice as hard. It "guesses" who and where the credit card and bank transactions should be categorized and NEVER gets them right. EVER. And then it posts them automatically because it's guessed a name that has a rule attached. So now, not only do I have to change every single name and category, I have to search the categories to find the ones that QB AI has posted wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It offers just about everything most small business owners would need to manage their income and expenses. It has a very easy setup interphase, with simple, straight forward income and expense categories and it relies in data-driven chart of accounts based on million of similar businesses in the US. It has not been able to incorporate some of the most advanced features only available in the desktop version. Based on the sophistication of currently available software tools, other fundtions like cost segragation, hard asset management and Q&A for tax planning could be incorporated. The most usefull feature is data restoration and 24/7 support.

Quickbooks online is customizable with reporting and when can have up to 25 users unlike other Quickbook versions. Workflow automation is so helpful with automatic reminders for overdue invoices. Batch processing is simple and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the interface is a bit outdated and clunky and it's not always easy to find what you're looking for. The integrations are not always seamless and often have to be edited after importing data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

QuickBooks is great for creating and sending invoices to clients. Doing Payroll is very easy, but there is no longer a way to do this via an app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service is not good. If client payments fail, it logs it as "payment disputed" (even if it was just due to insufficient funds) and it is not easy to clear. Also, payment sometimes will go through just to be returned to customer and QuickBooks keeps all the fees. No issue with Stripe on this.
