# Which User research tools are helping your team right now?

I’ve been reading up on user research tools and found many discussion threads around switching platforms, managing feedback across systems, and recruiting participants at scale.<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m curious how teams are approaching this in 2025. Are you sticking to one platform or mixing a few based on the type of research? How are you managing things like unmoderated testing and participant management or combining survey feedback with interviews?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I would appreciate hearing what’s worked well for your team. I'm open to any suggestions, whether you’re using a full platform or a mix of smaller tools.</p>

&lt;p&gt;Tell me more about your business needs and requirements! In general, I would recommend UserTesting or Hotjar. Both of these tools are great for user research.  &lt;/p&gt;
