I can run reports in different ways and it allows me to export to Excel when I need to for finance committee. For instance, a profit and loss report

in QuickBooks is set up under different divisions and I pull it up with month, year to date for each division separtely. I can export to Excel and change the set up and still maintain all the totals correctly. They like things color coded and things that I would not expect QuickBooks to do but I being able

I used to dislike the time it took to reach support; however, they have improved that tremendously. However, as with all the software it seems, many times I get foreign support personnel with kind of hard to understand dialect in speaking English and I cannot understand them. Quickbooks is a great starting point for any business. The ledger is reliable with standard reports and options like class reporting. Budgeting and planning come out of the box as well.

For the basics all the way to scale - quickbooks can handle it.
