There are also QuickBooks experts and online resources if needed. The inventory management included with the software is very helpful and advanced. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks for Google Workspace?** Monthly plans can be expensive compared to alternatives. There are limited account users with each plan. There is a decent learning curve that come when you are getting started using the software. **What problems is QuickBooks for Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem with Quickbooks is that you have to have some prior knowledge of basic accounts. Other alternatives make it easier without explanation. The concepts used in Quickbooks will need explanation by someone who knows the ins and outs of how the software works. The biggest benefits of Quickbooks are its record-keeping and recording along with its inventory management system that is in place. After using the software and learning its features, it is a massive asset to a company. ### 3. For instance, a profit and loss report in QuickBooks is set up under different divisions and I pull it up with month, year to date for each division separtely. I can export to Excel and change the set up and still maintain all the totals correctly. They like things color coded and things that I would not expect QuickBooks to do but I being able to export made it easy and possible. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks for Google Workspace?** I used to dislike the time it took to reach support; however, they have improved that tremendously. However, as with all the software it seems, many times I get foreign support personnel with kind of hard to understand dialect in speaking English and I cannot understand them. **Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks for Google Workspace:** Quickbooks is a great tool to maintain income, expenses, vendors, payroll, taxes and everything in between in my opinion. **What problems is QuickBooks for Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quickbooks has special software for Non-profit which is perfect. This is a different animal from businesses for profit and even taxes for ministers, etc. and I don't have any problems as this software is excellent for churches. ### 4. The ledger is reliable with standard reports and options like class reporting. Budgeting and planning come out of the box as well. For the basics all the way to scale - quickbooks can handle it. Once multi-currency or consolidations are involved, Quickbooks may no longer be a good solution for you. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks for Google Workspace?** The statement formatting is clunky, so if you want a specific format this will require more work. Additionally, I would adivse transactions to be handled outside of quickbooks just for the customer experience sake. QB is great as a recording tool. **What problems is QuickBooks for Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clean records with clean data entry because transactions are not handled within it (less data entry and users). QB has also allowed us to track department activities, helping us understand further what drives each part of our business. ### 7.
