For instance, a profit and loss report in QuickBooks is set up under different divisions and I pull it up with month, year to date for each division separtely. I can export to Excel and change the set up and still maintain all the totals correctly. They like things color coded and things that I would not expect QuickBooks to do but I being able to export made it easy and possible. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks for Google Workspace?** I used to dislike the time it took to reach support; however, they have improved that tremendously. However, as with all the software it seems, many times I get foreign support personnel with kind of hard to understand dialect in speaking English and I cannot understand them. **Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks for Google Workspace:** Quickbooks is a great tool to maintain income, expenses, vendors, payroll, taxes and everything in between in my opinion. **What problems is QuickBooks for Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quickbooks has special software for Non-profit which is perfect. The ledger is reliable with standard reports and options like class reporting. Budgeting and planning come out of the box as well. For the basics all the way to scale - quickbooks can handle it. Once multi-currency or consolidations are involved, Quickbooks may no longer be a good solution for you. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks for Google Workspace?** The statement formatting is clunky, so if you want a specific format this will require more work. Additionally, I would adivse transactions to be handled outside of quickbooks just for the customer experience sake. We can add users very easily and therefore do not need to pass the file back and forth.
