Everything stays organized in one central place, so tracking revisions and approvals is straightforward instead of having to chase files around. It also reduces the risk of important information getting lost along the way. On top of that, the workflow is very clear, which makes it easier to follow up on documents and tasks and keeps things moving smoothly. **What do you dislike about Oracle Aconex?** One thing I don’t love about Oracle Aconex is that some features can feel a bit complicated at first, especially for new users. The system can also slow down when you’re working with a large volume of documents. The switch from email communication to Aconex has been great, especially for sharing large files, and it gives a sense of control. Handling multiple projects is much easier without needing a larger team, reducing manhours and staff requirements. I love that I don't have to log in repeatedly, as I receive email notifications for updates or new communications, which helps immensely in tracking. It took a few hours to correct the upgrade recently, but it only happened once, and I believe it's extremely common across all platforms because we all want to use a better and updated platform like Oracle Aconex. **What problems is Oracle Aconex solving and how is that benefiting you?** When you don't use Oracle Aconex you feel like you need a lot of people to help you, especially when it comes to document handling, but when I learned how to use this platform, I felt like I didn't need a lot of people, I only needed Oracle Aconex, which helped me reduce an 8-hour effort to a 2-hour task. It is indeed a great and simple application for Construction and Engineering sector. It automates all the manual tasks in the construction sector. It has several underlying services like Cost, BIM(models), Field, Insights Reports, Online Viewer services which automates all tasks in a single application. There are around 8 cloud instances for servicing customers across the globe. Oracle also provides isolated cloud instances for Government and Compliance requirements. **What do you dislike about Oracle Aconex?** Earlier Aconex was using 3rd party services due to which Oracle had dependencies to meet SLA but very recently these instances were migrated to Oracle cloud native services which provides seamless experience.. **What problems is Oracle Aconex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automation of tasks even for labourers. One click login to the application provides several services. Online approvals for budget and cost management. Email services are integrated in the application itself.
