What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?

“I’ve found the issue codes in PICS to be incredibly helpful and efficient. They allow me to close work orders within just a few minutes, which not only saves a significant amount of time but also improves the overall accuracy of the data recorded on the data sheets. This streamlined process reduces the chance of errors and ensures that all necessary information is properly documented and easily accessible.

Since using PICS, my workflow has become much smoother and more organized. The system’s layout is intuitive, and the functionality is well designed to support daily operations without unnecessary complexity. Compared to other CMS platforms I’ve used in the past, PICS stands out as the most reliable and user-friendly. What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?

The best thing about Fiix CMMS is how easy and organized it makes maintenance work. You don’t feel confused or overloaded. everything work orders, assets, schedules, inventory is neatly arranged in one place, so you can find what you need quickly. another thing I appreciate is that Fiix gives clear reports and dashboards. What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?

By just scanning the asset's QR code, I am able to access information about any asset almost immediately. FIIX also ensures that everyone is held accountable. In the past, there was no way to hold accountability to hearsay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?

The only aspect I wish could be improved is that the very top row of any page moves when I scroll. I would prefer it to stay frozen, so the information at the top remains visible as I navigate down the page. For instance, in any of the widgets that open, the description of that row scrolls away with the rest of the page, which makes it harder to keep track of the information. What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?

The customization of the system is my favorite feature. Fiix can be tailored to the exact needs of your business and gives you the control you need to improve efficiency where it matters most.

What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?

What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?

What I dislike about FIXX and their approach to customer service is simple:

Rigid, anti-customer policies — I asked to downgrade from a premium subscription to a basic one, and was told that wasn’t allowed. Not “not right now,” not “let’s find a solution,” just a flat no. That’s absurd.

No path for escalation — When I wanted to discuss the issue with someone higher up, I was blocked. Instead, I was left trapped in the customer service echo chamber, talking to reps who could only repeat the same dead-end policy.

A culture of gatekeeping instead of problem-solving — Customer service is supposed to serve the customer, not wall them off from management or resolution. Instead, I was left feeling stonewalled, unheard, and disrespected.

At the end of the day, refusing to let a paying customer make a reasonable change to their subscription — and refusing to allow escalation — is the definition of bad customer service. It’s short-sighted, insulting, and leaves me questioning whether FIXX values customers at all, beyond their wallets.

Crazy thing is, I wanted to go from two professional seats to five basic seats, which cumulatively is a whole premium seat more than they would receive per month. Wild. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?

I really appreciate how Fiix CMMS makes my work paper-free, which is a huge benefit in keeping things organized and easy to trace. It significantly speeds up my workflow, allowing me to complete my tasks much faster and more efficiently. The accessibility of Fiix CMMS via mobile is a standout feature for me, as it keeps me connected and able to manage tasks on-the-go. The user interface of Fiix CMMS is another highlight; it’s intuitively designed, well laid out, and makes navigation effortless, which is essential for getting through my daily tasks quickly. What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?

I like using the Fiix system to be able to identify pertinent work orders and their priorities and it keeps me informed about which belong to me and which to my team members. I am able to update work order progress, and others are able to see my updates too. It's useful in the event I go home and do not complete a task. In addition I can also add notes and other important information such as parts, quantities, steps, etc. I find it easy to understand and navigate through the menus and options. I utilize Fiix daily, my work assignments are all here. I have not had to reach out to support yet, but I figure they'll help me if I require assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?

The thing I like the least about Fiix is that in some computers, it can take a long time to load. Even in faster ones, the pages could use some further optimization to increase responsiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?

I don’t get very excited about the app. I feel like it’s very “young” and provides the bare minimum required to perform and record daily functions. I don’t believe that it is a “waste of engineering resources” to include all the functions that the desktop version provides within the scope of design. What do you like best about Fiix CMMS?

My favorite feature about Fiix is the simplicity. Whether I'm maintaining the work order cycle, organizing inventory, creating an asset register, or customizing dashboards, the layout is easy to understand and allows me to analyze the current state of our facility with ease. If I ever have trouble understanding a feature, the customer support is helpful and friendly. What do you dislike about Fiix CMMS?

There is nothing that I dislike about Fiix. Like any CMMS, the advanced features will take some time to understand, but those features allow me to evaluate the efficiency of our maintenance department. If I had to pinpoint any frustrations with Fiix, it would be creating assets. Instead of just creating one at a time, it would be amazing if I could make many assets at once that have similar qualities, but with different names. Tedious tasks are all part of creating an asset register and inventory system, so it is likely unavoidable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although we are still in the early stages of setup, we've received incredible support, and everything is progressing very smoothly. Fiix was highly recommended as the top CMMS, especially for its user-friendliness with all users. While implementation can sometimes feel daunting, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and has organized everything into clear categories to make the process easier.
