Also, the billing was wrong all the time, which was frustrating. There are too many people leaving the company, and sales rep changes happen all the time. It used to be good, but it got worse. The initial setup wasn't easy either; we had to bring every truck back for installation, which cost a lot of money. **What problems is Omnitracs Sylectus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Omnitracs Sylectus for tracking trucks and getting ETAs, along with digital log books for drivers' safety. ### 2. It makes my job easier, and not a whole lot to dislike about the TMS system.
