What do you dislike about StarRez?

The main drawback of StarRez is its price, especially when compared to other products available on the market. What do you like best about StarRez?

I love how this allows me to handle the 10-15,000 people that come through our campus in the summer. I can be sure to have all of the beds needed for any given week. What do you dislike about StarRez?

What do you like best about StarRez?

StarRez is super customizable and you can truly build a product that works best for your organization. The support team is always on standby and ready to help, and I love the community of other users. There is a massive facebook group where you can post any problem and within hours have ideas and things to try from other users who are in the software daily. What do you dislike about StarRez?

Some of the accounting tools are not really where we need them to be as a P3; while we have found ways to make it work, we've definitely had to find unique workarounds for things that you can tell the system wasn't originally built to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StarRez?

Everything is made very user friendly and there is a lot of thought that goes into product releases when it comes to how users will experience the software. The team takes feedback and genuinely works to implement solutions to help their users get the most of their experiences. If technical help is needed, they are friendly and eager to help find a solution. We use this software basically all day during the week to manage our housing program and all of our large staff is very comfortable and proficient with little training needed. We have been able to easily integrate our use of StarRez with other aspects of our operation including building access and providing information to campus partners. Every new product integration has been easy and done with wonderful staff involvement. This is my favorite business partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been so impressed with the professionalism, support, and care from every one in the Star Rez team. Everyone in this company is drawn from the Student Affairs world and understands my challenges, constraints, and needs. Star Rez makes my problems their own and always works to help me find a fast, efficient, and excellent solution.
