Being a cloud base program we really appreciate the access and universal views we can create. With us working in a Government space one of the BIGGEST benefits is the amount of security the program offers. We use all the restriction pieces like the controls of where you can and cannot log in from as well has times the system can be accessed. That feature alone helps the admin team truly manage who has access and when they have access. We also appreciate the ability to create custom objects so your niche needs can be met in more detail. Salesforce is constantly growing and evolving. The 2 updates a year make it hard to dislike anything because if you have a recommendation they will consider adding it. Several things we were not happy with like user limits on certain profiles, the updates have addressed and corrected those items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesforce is easy to use and can be conveniently shared. The search feature is a great tool to make finding what you need super quick and efficient. I love the way each section has several different tabs for easy navigation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the only negative i may have about this system is that when searching you need to be sure to click the search all button. Once you click that button you will be searching all the sections however, if you dont know to do it, you could be missing information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
