**What do you like best about Jira Misc Workflow Extensions?**

Amazing ticketing system with a modern UI. Seamless transmission and fast networks. Love that they also offer a 21 day trial period to see if you like it prior to committing full payment.

**What do you dislike about Jira Misc Workflow Extensions?**

The price would be the only downside. They have four tier prices. The most popular for large organizations is $109 per month. A bit steep but it comes with everything you would need and a help desk support.

**What problems is Jira Misc Workflow Extensions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They offer IT desk support service anytime during business hours. Amazing if you get locked out freezing, system down or forget logins.
