Daily reports provide accountability and data to improve operations such as reducing idle time equipment hours and underutilization. By using project geofences in TrackVO, equipment locations automatically update/move based on telematics data pings. Telematics enabled equipment displays icons to quickly understand equipment status, and is also viewable on a map view, allowing you to quickly view equipment locations. IVO integrates with many OEM and 3rd party telematics providers. ## TelematicsVO Reviews ### 1. To be able to produce daily reports for people and at the same time for control purposes, and see so many tips such as, low productivity, less utilization of equipment etc seemed to be very useful. **What do you dislike about TelematicsVO?** I wouldn’t get notified when a certain piece of equipment, let’s say, has ceased to be functional, and there would be a possible delay and or a lost opportunity. This inconsistency made it difficulty to rely on TelematicsVO for critical decision-making. **What problems is TelematicsVO solving and how is that benefiting you?** TelematicsVO could overcome these data latency questions, then it would be even more useful. Such format would enable me keep updating it at regular intervals and this would enable me to respond appropriately to situations and enhance the performance of my fleet. ### 2. The option to generate reports with particular settings is outstanding to obtain the right data I want. **What do you dislike about TelematicsVO?** In many of the analyses that I perform on spreadsheets, I experience the need to spend extra time to get the data into a form that will be useful in the preparation of precise or dissemination to other departments’ reports. **What problems is TelematicsVO solving and how is that benefiting you?** ematicsVO does away with the need to deal with a number of telematics systems and offers a single source for my fleet information. This also enable me to monitor driver behaviors, equipment location, and usage among others with minimal difficulty. ### 3. Daily reports with the information about the idle time and the level of utilization are especially useful for us. **What do you dislike about TelematicsVO?** The flexibility in generating reports appears to be somewhat limited. Some of the reports are pre-built, which is rather good, but one cannot go further and create a custom view based on the existing data. **What problems is TelematicsVO solving and how is that benefiting you?** TelematicsVO has enhanced my capacity in the proper tracking and handling of the mixed fleet that we have. This feature reduces disparate information sources and simultaneously gives fleet operational outlook. ### 4. TelematicsVO has helped me have all my fleet data no matter the telematics provider in one place. **What do you dislike about TelematicsVO?** I was unable to advance my inquiries any deeper than general equipment class or set periods of time. Some of the current available options seem to be quite limited when it comes to deeper fleet management. **What problems is TelematicsVO solving and how is that benefiting you?** TelematicsVO has reduced how I address my mixed fleet significantly.
