What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and I also manage clinic communication and health education updates. In my regular work, I send diet guidance after consultations, lifestyle advice, seasonal health updates, and general clinic information. Constant Contact helps me handle this communication in a structured way instead of sending separate messages again and again.

I also use it to send reminders related to follow-ups and to share information about small health awareness sessions or online guidance programs. It helps me keep communication clear and professional. I can manage contacts properly and send updates to the right group without confusion.

It also shows basic results like delivery and open status, which helps me understand if the health message reached people. What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Sometimes the email editor feels a little slow while making changes. When adjusting text or spacing, it may take a few seconds to update on the screen. What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Constant Contact has a simple interface that makes it easy for users with little or no experience with an email marketing platform to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

The biggest strength of Constant Contact is also it's biggest weakness for more advanced email marketers. Although it is easy to use, it lacks many features more robust email marketing tools have. I wouldn't recommend Contact Contact for ecommerce. There are other email marketing tools with more advanced features for ecommerce automation and segmentation. "Constant Contact is SAVING our AmeriCorps Volunteer Program!"
What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Since my employer introduced Constant Contact and I signed up to begin hammering out emails and messages to our AmeriCorps Seniors Volunteers, I never realized how much I needed this software in my business life. I spent hours hand entering email addresses separated by commas into my outbox in outlook, just to find that when people with unique email addresses responded... I had no clue who was sending an inquiry. With the ability to upload files like Excel spreadsheets, I can export directly from our Volunteer Database and upload straight into Constant Contact where it automatically lets me toggle my target audience, select a personalized email message for them, and gets our community volunteer opportunities out to over 200 volunteers with EASE! I love that it tells me how many people (and who) viewed our emails so I know who I need to follow up with. If you are responsible for marketing at your organization, Constant Contact is a NON-NEGOTIABLE! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

The best I love about this platform is the user friendly interface. This platform is organized and reaching out to clients both old and new becomes much easier. This platform allows personal touch to the message which makes the clients feel special. The analytics of this platform also provides overview of the reach and organization ability to decide what more needs to be done. Email campaigns are much easier by using this platform. The AI is also great assist a lot and assist a lot in brainstorming to improve the productivity. The automation tools also assist a lot in performing repetitive work with ease. What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I’ve been using Constant Contact for a few months now for our business newsletters and promotions, and overall, it’s been a very positive experience. It’s user-friendly, even for those with little to no design background. The drag-and-drop email builder is intuitive and makes it easy to create professional-looking emails quickly.

Limited automation features compared to some other platforms

Pricing can get a bit high as your contact list grows

I accidentally signed up for Mail View on desktop, and there was no clear way to cancel it myself from the dashboard. I had to reach out to customer support, but unfortunately, I’m still waiting for a resolution.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

One of my favorite features is the email and mobile preview. i'm able to see exactly how my emails will render across different inbox providers and mobile devices and saves me from embarrassing formatting issues. It gives me confidence that subscribers are seeing the message exactly as intended. The list management capabilities are very helpful too. Importing and maintaining subscriber data is straightforward and segmentation is flexible enough for targeted campaigns. What do you like best about Constant Contact?

This tool is highly customizable for my use cases. It's workflow automation, notifications and ability to adapt process to each of my needs make it more than just an email editor, it becomes part of the team's operating rhythm. For my work across global markets, the internationalization support is a big boost, now multi-language campaigns dont feel like an afterthought. According to me, the documentation is clear and the endpoints behave consistently and the platforms plays nicely with CRMs, e-commerce systems. What do you like best about Constant Contact?

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

I thought it was really hard for me to set up my newsletter visually the way that I would like. And I just thought Constant Contact was a little bit more difficult for me to organize my email list into audiences and I just found it a little bit more difficult and less intuitive for me to use compared to some of the other email platforms. Unfortunately, we actually found Mailchimp to be a little bit easier and a better price for us for the amount of emails we have on our subscription list. What do you like best about Constant Contact?

The email builder is honestly my favorite part. The pre made templates give me a solid starting point and i love that everything is already mobile friendly. Most of my clients opens email on their phone, so that alone saves me a ton of efforts. If i need more control, the drag an drop editor and HTML options let me customize things without it turning into a whole project. I'm able to edit themes and texts easily, proof emails before they go out and quickly spot any issues that might block a send, those little touches all add up to smoother communication.
