What do you like best about Constant Contact?

The best I love about this platform is the user friendly interface. This platform is organized and reaching out to clients both old and new becomes much easier. This platform allows personal touch to the message which makes the clients feel special. The analytics of this platform also provides overview of the reach and organization ability to decide what more needs to be done. Email campaigns are much easier by using this platform. The AI is also great assist a lot and assist a lot in brainstorming to improve the productivity. The automation tools also assist a lot in performing repetitive work with ease. What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Constant Contact helps me schedule & send email newsletters and social media posts to promote my content. It is highly flexible, so I can make any change in campaigns.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I’ve been using Constant Contact for a few months now for our business newsletters and promotions, and overall, it’s been a very positive experience. It’s user-friendly, even for those with little to no design background. The drag-and-drop email builder is intuitive and makes it easy to create professional-looking emails quickly.

Helpful reporting features (open rate, click-through, etc.)

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Limited automation features compared to some other platforms

Pricing can get a bit high as your contact list grows

I accidentally signed up for Mail View on desktop, and there was no clear way to cancel it myself from the dashboard. I had to reach out to customer support, but unfortunately, I’m still waiting for a resolution.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I like the amount of emails you can send to people with Constant Contact. It allows me to reach multiple clients at one time through email communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

I thought it was really hard for me to set up my newsletter visually the way that I would like. And I just thought Constant Contact was a little bit more difficult for me to organize my email list into audiences and I just found it a little bit more difficult and less intuitive for me to use compared to some of the other email platforms. Unfortunately, we actually found Mailchimp to be a little bit easier and a better price for us for the amount of emails we have on our subscription list. "Streamlines Data Collection, But Lacks Full Social Integration"
What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I like that Constant Contact helps us with information gathering at conferences and from our website. I also appreciate being able to do social media posts, creating one post that goes to multiple platforms. Scheduling social media posts and engaging with those who follow us on social media makes my life easier. As a small ministry without much manpower, using Constant Contact to connect with multiple social media sites streamlines our efforts, making us more effective. What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Unfortunately, it's the social media aspect. They used to connect with what's formerly known as Twitter, now X, and it no longer connects. So I still have to take everything I do and go over to that platform and do it myself. I wish there was more social media integration. That there was a way to connect other than I think there's four different platforms with Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram. And I wish there were more to make my life even easier. We use Constant Contact for our marketing needs and it has been awesome more so when it comes to handling email marketing.

Constant Contact has been a reliable email marketing platform for me. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use—even if you’re new to email marketing, the drag-and-drop editor and intuitive dashboard make creating campaigns simple and quick. While Constant Contact has been around for a long time, my experience wasn’t great. The biggest issue for me was the pricing—it feels expensive compared to competitors, especially as your contact list grows. I miss the X integration, as it was a useful feature for managing social content. Since the last update, the platform also seems to take a little longer to load. I would like to see an easier way to save custom email templates instead of having to copy and paste designs. The email list management tools could be more flexible as well.
