**What do you like best about PublicInput?**

The ability to have multiple people have access into the website and manage the website. It also has the ability to track contacts and enter contacts to have a great paper trail. You can also upload census data into the system which can help you identify underserved populations which can help you determine the best way to create engagement strategies. 
Entering the data is really easy and they have built in formatting to make your website, text messaging, and email blasts easy to put together.
When I have had questions, the customer service is very easy to reach and answers questions that day. 
This is a product we use daily and am very happy with this.

**What do you dislike about PublicInput?**

Some of the formatting in the email blasts are limited. It is user friendly, just limited in it's formatting.

**What problems is PublicInput solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PublicInput puts engagement and tracking together in one place. I can see what I have sent out and who is engaging. This helps with tracking and documenting what processes we have used and how they worked.
