**What do you like best about Blackbaud eTapestry?**

It is very easy to navigate and learn eTapestry.

**What do you dislike about Blackbaud eTapestry?**

There are too many steps for running a report.

**What problems is Blackbaud eTapestry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to generate donor reports for the many organizations that we manage. It is also easy to generate Thank You letters for donations.

Many options to be able to track donors and dontations

**What do you dislike about Blackbaud eTapestry?**

It's very restraining in how it allows you to extract data. I'm very right brained and etapestry is very left brained.

**What problems is Blackbaud eTapestry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clean donor tracking reports. Helps keep us organized with accurate data.

I liked the dashboard, it was a nice layout for use. 

**What do you dislike about Blackbaud eTapestry?**

The reporting was rather difficult, it could be presented in an easier fashion. 

**Recommendations to others considering Blackbaud eTapestry:**

I would choose Raiser's Edge over eTapestry.
