"Amazing platform for the business with sum disadvantages"
What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I’ve been using Constant Contact for a few months now for our business newsletters and promotions, and overall, it’s been a very positive experience. It’s user-friendly, even for those with little to no design background. The drag-and-drop email builder is intuitive and makes it easy to create professional-looking emails quickly.

Easy to set up and navigate

Email templates that can be customized

Helpful reporting features (open rate, click-through, etc.)

Excellent customer support when needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Limited automation features compared to some other platforms

Pricing can get a bit high as your contact list grows

I accidentally signed up for Mail View on desktop, and there was no clear way to cancel it myself from the dashboard. I had to reach out to customer support, but unfortunately, I’m still waiting for a resolution.

The platform itself has good tools, but the lack of control over account settings and slow support response on the account part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Marketing with Reliable Deliverability"
What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Constant Contact has been a reliable email marketing platform for me. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to use—even if you’re new to email marketing, the drag-and-drop editor and intuitive dashboard make creating campaigns simple and quick. The deliverability is excellent, so my emails consistently reach inboxes instead of spam folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

While Constant Contact has been around for a long time, my experience wasn’t great. The biggest issue for me was the pricing—it feels expensive compared to competitors, especially as your contact list grows. Features like automation and segmentation are pretty basic, and you end up paying a premium for things that other platforms include by default. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My Go-To Tool for Marketing, with a Few Wish-List Features"
What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I really like the social media posting feature because it saves time and keeps everything organized in one place. Being able to schedule and manage posts across multiple platforms helps maintain a consistent presence without needing separate tools. The email platform is also excellent, with intuitive design options and dependable performance that make it easy to create professional and engaging campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

I miss the X integration, as it was a useful feature for managing social content. Since the last update, the platform also seems to take a little longer to load. I would like to see an easier way to save custom email templates instead of having to copy and paste designs. The email list management tools could be more flexible as well. Overall, the platform could benefit from being slightly more streamlined while still offering more options for advanced users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from RJ McLaughlin of Constant Contact

"Reliable, Easy-to-Use Marketing Tool for Real Estate Businesses"
What do you like best about Constant Contact?

I like how easy Constant Contact makes it to design professional, on-brand emails without needing a designer. The templates are flexible, the drag-and-drop editor is intuitive, and the ability to segment lists helps us tailor communication to buyers, sellers, and investors. It’s also great having automation and reporting tools all in one place perfect for keeping our marketing consistent and measurable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

The only downside is that some of the automation features feel a bit limited compared to newer marketing platforms, and the pricing can get high as your contact list grows. I also wish text message campaigns and advanced integrations were more seamless. Overall, though, the reliability and ease of use still make it worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Marketing Tool That Needs Some UX Tweaks"
What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Constant Contact is a reliable and cost-effective solution for email marketing, especially for small to mid-sized organizations like Visit Lufkin. The platform offers strong performance in campaign tracking, list segmentation, and scheduled sends. We use it weekly for promoting events and updates, and it consistently delivers strong engagement rates. The templates are clean, and the analytics help guide our outreach strategy effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

The platform could benefit from a more streamlined user experience. For example, uploading images often requires navigating through multiple windows instead of using a simple drag-and-drop interface. This slows down content creation—especially when you're managing frequent event promotions. Multi-step tasks like editing or image replacement can feel clunky and time-consuming, which adds up over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from RJ McLaughlin of Constant Contact

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Karina! We're glad to hear you find Constant Contact reliable with strong performance for your team. We appreciate your constructive feedback on our UX and will pass that along to our team to consider for future updates of our platform.

What do you like best about Constant Contact?

We’ve been using Constant Contact for our email marketing, and it’s been an excellent experience from start to finish. Creating professional, mobile-friendly campaigns is quick, and the analytics give us clear insights into how each message performs.

"User-Friendly with Great Support, but Integration and Design Limitations"
What do you like best about Constant Contact?

Constant Contact is user friendly, and easy to use for clients of all skill levels. The Customer Support tab always answers my questions and helps me figure out issues before they're even a problem. There are so many different features too, with automations and landing page options. It doesn't just hold all your email contacts, you can really optimize how you reach your database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Constant Contact?

Constant Contact isn't always the easiest to integrate into your other systems, as it's not the top selection on common accounts. It also doesn't always send through firewalls or even reach our audience. It just has small limitations in email design too that make it look a little rudimentary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from RJ McLaughlin of Constant Contact

Thank you for the kind review, Emma! We appreciate the constructive feedback you've provided and will pass it along to our development team for future improvements to our platform.
