> Hi Kobi,

As an ML-based DSP, in the first few days of running any campaign, we gather data to eventually build a custom targeting algorithm, designed to hit target deep-funnel KPIs, for each client.
In the case of a very niche healthcare app for cancer patients (like yours), it requires slightly longer than a few days to collect data to be able to precisely target the potential app users fitting very specific criteria. During our short collaboration (lasting less than 1 week), we brought some installs, and the campaign was stopped by your team after spending only $334.30 way before we had a chance to gather the amount of data sufficient to build a model and target users in the niche.
