Mobile application could have been an easy access while travelling **Recommendations to others considering SoFi:** Check out the filtering option, they are great. You could filter candidates by degree, previos employer, location and source. Apart from that analytics part actually saves a lot of time, effort and money for the organisation **What problems is SoFi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Candidate tracking, assessment management, CV parsing. There are tonnes of information where SoFi is providing us with easy access.
