"Intuitive Platform with Fantastic Support and Client-Boosting Solutions"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

- The team support has been fantastic, every time we've had an issue or question they've been on hand to help.

- The platform is intuitive, our team are able to pick up new elements of the platform very easily

- New solutions like engagement lift have been exceptionally helpful for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

None come to mind - however I have not used other DSPs before so have limited experience. As someone who hasn't used DSPs, I found this exceptionally easy to use and learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Precise B2B Targeting with an Intuitive UI and Flexible Reporting"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

What I like best about StackAdapt is the balance between targeting precision and usability.

From a paid media standpoint, the intent data and company-level targeting are extremely valuable for B2B campaigns. Being able to layer job function, industry, and recent intent signals allows me to build audiences that feel strategic rather than broad. That’s especially important when I’m working with niche verticals or event-driven campaigns where we need to reach the right decision-makers quickly.

I also appreciate how intuitive the platform is. The UI makes it easy to launch, duplicate, segment, and optimize campaigns without unnecessary friction. When timelines are tight or we’re testing new audience variations, that efficiency really matters.

And lastly, the reporting is clean and flexible. I can quickly pull performance insights, compare segments, and make informed optimization decisions without spending hours exporting and manipulating data.

Overall, it gives me both the control and clarity I need to confidently manage client budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

If I’m being candid, there are a couple areas where I think StackAdapt could improve:

1. Audience overlap visibility.

When running multiple intent or company segments, it’s not always easy to see how much overlap exists between audiences. For event-driven campaigns with tight timelines, clearer overlap diagnostics would make planning and budget allocation more efficient.

2. Attribution clarity across platforms.

Like most upper- and mid-funnel platforms, proving downstream impact can be challenging. While the reporting is clean, tying performance directly to CRM pipeline or SQLs sometimes requires additional manual reconciliation.

3. Creative workflow limitations.

Asset management is solid, but when juggling multiple creative variations across campaigns, it can feel slightly less streamlined than platforms built purely around social.

That said, none of these are deal-breakers. The targeting capabilities and flexibility still outweigh the friction points for the types of B2B campaigns I manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Campaign Setup with Exceptional Support"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I work for an agency, and we find StackAdapt's product makes setting up campaigns easy. They have an amazing support team, which is great for the rare occasions when we need assistance. I love the bulk editor feature and appreciate how we can effortlessly copy different campaign types into new channels. This capability saves us an immense amount of time during campaign setup. I also like that campaigns generally go live the next day, and it's comforting to know that they are monitoring our campaigns for pacing and performance issues, as we discuss during our review calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I found the system a little challenging to pick up initially. There are so many different options and offerings that it can feel overwhelming when trying to learn how to set up different products at first. Although it's likely more on me for not utilizing the available trainings, time constraints made it difficult to dedicate to them. Also, there have been rare instances where campaign setups weren't exactly clear on how to setup properly, especially for campaigns we're not accustomed to (unique setups). A notification system for takeovers in advertised products might be helpful, but I realize this may be hard to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Key Component for Multichannel Success, Needs Tweaks"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I really like StackAdapt's clear and user-friendly interface. It offers third-party audience access and provides brand and engagement lift studies, which are super valuable options that help us go beyond what we were offering to our clients before. Using StackAdapt allows us to have a single platform to run multiple channels for the same client and leverage the same audiences. The platform's ability to use data to inform decisions on what's working versus what's not, and guide us on what we should do next, is also a great feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

Ivy doesn't work well for me personally, and tends to stop working and give me errors quite regularly. It's a really good concept, but needs work in my opinion. I also think the audience section could be more cohesive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Awareness Campaigns Effortlessly"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I like the amount of tools available to have proof of awareness results and how granular I can get in reporting. The variety of placements and campaign types is great, and I appreciate that I can self-manage the campaigns. Plus, the StackAdapt reps are great too. It makes it easier to show the awareness value to clients and helps in getting clients on board with investing in awareness, which means a better overall marketing strategy performance. The initial setup of StackAdapt was quite easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

The platform has some glitches and sometimes it's hard to find specific data. Navigating on the main dashboard, it happened multiple times that going back and forth from the dashboard to campaign specific details some columns would disappear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Client Service, Easy Setup"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I love using StackAdapt for running programmatic campaigns as it provides excellent client service, saving precious time and allowing me to focus on strategic planning and decision-making. Their client services always deliver best-in-class support to all accounts, which makes a significant difference in managing campaigns. I am particularly impressed with StackAdapt's Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) capabilities that are available at no cost, offering easy reporting integration and actionable insights. The initial setup of StackAdapt was very easy for my team, and it provides better scalability with DOOH campaigns, which has been a significant advantage. I also greatly appreciate the seamless reporting integration, which makes extracting and applying insights straightforward and efficient. StackAdapt's emphasis on providing truly outstanding client services combined with their effective tech solutions makes it a standout choice for my business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I find the inventory access to be lacking, particularly when it comes to platforms like Netflix. Although there have been improvements, there is still room for growth in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly DSP with Outstanding Support"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I find StackAdapt to be an outstanding demand side platform due to its excellent mix of product features and customer support, which stands out compared to other DSPs. Its self-serve model allowed us to start testing it swiftly, with customer support assisting us throughout the setup process. Setting up StackAdapt was remarkably easy, and the universal pixel feature expedited our access to their DSP. The customer support was unexpectedly proactive and helpful in troubleshooting and answering our questions, enabling us to be fully operational within a week. StackAdapt has resolved previous challenges we faced in accessing inventory sources by consolidating everything with our other systems, including Looker Studio, which is incredibly beneficial. I appreciate StackAdapt's exceptional post-campaign reporting capabilities, particularly the feature for conversion lift studies that help prove the ROI of our marketing campaigns. Building campaigns with StackAdapt is user-friendly and intuitive, despite the complex nature of DSPs. The platform's documentation is thorough and dependable. Additionally, the integration with Looker Studio and LiveRamp enhances our ability to conduct reporting, analytics, and audience connectivity effectively. Overall, StackAdapt offers a streamlined experience that is both simple to understand and provides depth and complexity when we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I dislike the requirement to select numerous checkboxes for accessing specific reporting data such as demographics, age ranges, and gender. This step is necessary even if I do not want to use those criteria in my campaign, making it an unnecessary restriction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"StackAdapt - High CPCs and Underwhelming Performance"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The customer support team was responsive, and account management made a genuine effort to assist us throughout the test. Despite their efforts, the results did not meet expectations, and we ultimately found better efficiency and ROI with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
