LiveRamp API is particularly useful for our business. Anti-fraud and human-reviewed site lists provide peace of mind and remove the need to constantly scrub domains for fraudulent ad placements, at least for display, native and web. **What do you dislike about StackAdapt?** Can't really give a downside or something I don't like. The interface is modern and uses distinct colors to make it easy on the eyes. The ability to create a campaign is incredibly seamless and an intuitive process. Customizable dates and flights. You can easily adjust budgets for the campaigns, as well as on a more microscopic level within specific flights of the campaign. The ability to upload creatives is a straightforward process as well. StackAdapt prides itself on being user-friendly, and I can attest that it is very easy to use and you learn its interface very quickly. I have had experience with multiple DSPs over the years of working within the world of programmatic advertising, and I can comfortably state that StackAdapt is among the best that I've used. Their customer success reps proactively reach out to you to make sure you are on track to hit campaign goals. They provide guidance and give recommendations that ultimately provide optimal results for all your campaigns. No matter what vertical the campaign falls under their employees have the expertise to provide meaningful insights that will invariably help you accomplish the goals of the campaign. Whether it be a campaign geared towards impressions, clicks or CTR they have the answers you need to consistently deliver prime performance. Apart from usability, we have seen much more successful performance when using Stackadapt's targeting capabilities, which drops down to granular interest groups and detailed demographics. The page-context AI tool is quite promising and has managed to deliver better CPA, for lead-gen campaigns, when comparing to other targeting criteria, such as interests or demographics. Finally, the UK and Ryan have been very supportive both on the day-to-day but also proactively, when working with new clients and projects. They share ideas, best practices and always check on the background that activity is being delivered as per the plan. **What do you dislike about StackAdapt?** There are still small issues to be ironed out when it comes to usability - thanks around buttons and guide-steps when creating a new campaign, but that might also come down to personal preferences and previously used ways of working with other DSPs. I think there is also more work to be done with regards to postcode targeting outside the US. It's not super user-friendly or easy to implement postcode targeting. On StackAdapt, you'd need a new ad account for each time you want to create a new pixel, and there isn't a 'Business Manager' level or equivalent. Due to GDPR, we can't install the insight tag onto different client sites, and I would imagine it would mess with the data if the sites are different verticals, too - as the AI wouldn't be learning about one user type. **Recommendations to others considering StackAdapt:** The StackAdapt team are brilliant; I would recommend running a test campaign and measuring the successes vs. other activity; this is how we approached and found it to generate significant improvements. **What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've typically found programmatic to work best as an awareness channel, but with StackAdapt, we have generated much better conversion activity for our clients vs. other DSPs. ### 44. They are always helpful and get back to us with insights very quickly. The fact the platform has no monthly fee is also fantastic and makes selling programmatic campaigns to clients very easy. The free ad design service for campaigns over £5k lifetime spend is very useful and we make plenty of use of this as the turnaround is very fast. **What do you dislike about StackAdapt?** There is not much to complain about StackAdapts service really. Some of the reports are very US-centric but I'm hoping we will see more UK / EU refined versions of these in time so that we do not need to edit the slides before placing them in client-facing decks for our UK clients. Everything is still perfectly usable and the data is clear though - the slides just need to be manipulated to make it clear for these Non-US clients that we are not showing the US data when as the default view shows the USA first. The team is always on hand to help clear up any questions on the data anyway and we have had no problems **Recommendations to others considering StackAdapt:** If you don't already have a DSP give STack Adapt a go - there is really no downside as you are not locked into any contracts. The client teams are really helpful and we found getting our first campaigns live very easy. There are a huge number of different solutions available to try and results are clear to show to clients. **What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Delivering programmatic campaigns to clients who either have low budgets or are unsure about the channel. Stack adapt makes it a very easy sell to begin testing with a client. The design service on campaigns over £5k in the budget is also incredibly useful and the HTML5 ads are very impressive in that they don't look like generic templates. We are also able to test new channels such as radio and connected TV which we previously had very little exposure to providing activity on. Ther is also fantastic tagging for native channels on the display ads which has helped us deal with the iOS14 update impacts somewhat. ### 47.
