"In-Depth Yet Easy to Use, with Incredible Performance and Support"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

Everything. The platform is by far the most in-depth and also the easiest to use. They provide clear audience segmentation, with tons of options to choose from. It’s a great entry point for managed service, but even without managed service you still get strong support. The creative added value is excellent, and the Stackadapt creative team is the best I’ve seen.they have a wide range of integrations and if they dont have one they will work with you to create one. Performance and ROI are always incredible and the ongoing optimizations alwasy are to improve performance. There use of AI in the the current ways of working continue to improve and grow. "Amazing Onboarding, Intuitive UI, and Powerful Forecasting"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The onboarding was amazing with both the account manager and the AE (Andrew Langheim & Lance Kohler). The UI/UX is very easy to navigate, and there are plenty of options for integrating with Google Analytics/DV/etc. Performance has also been great once a campaign launches. Lastly, the forecasting tool has been amazing to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

Honestly, as I've been day in and day out in the platform, there hasn't been any issues. Definitely a bit of a learning curve coming from a completely different DSP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"StackAdapt Review"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I like how helpful the account executives are setting up the campaigns and making sure we are spending on our PMP deals. They also give great suggestions to make sure the money clears before the election. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I don't like how many categories there are on the left hand side of the platform. For me, I only use a few when creating the campaigns and advertisers so with so many listed I feel like it looks cluttered. If we could maybe remove the ones we don't use that could be helpful. "Effortless Multi-Platform Ad Management with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I really like how easy StackAdapt is to use, mainly because of the helpful reps who work with us. Their expertise has been a unique feature, especially considering we've run different ad placements in the past without as much support. The platform itself has a great interface that makes it easy to adjust and review various campaigns based on the time period, and I can also export important information easily. Having an expert rep oversee our account gives us confidence that our ads are running in the right place and are continually optimized. Even when I'm not directly communicating with the rep, the platform makes it simple to access all necessary information concisely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I do feel that the timeline functionality is sometimes a little bit iffy for me, it pulls up pretty much all campaigns even if they're not active within that timeline. So it'd be a little bit nicer to have that automatically go to just the active campaigns for that time period. I just think that sometimes the search functionality can be a little bit tricky. "Versatile Ad Platform with Impressive Targeting Capabilities"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I use StackAdapt primarily for display advertising, video, and digital out-of-home for my agency's clients. I appreciate how it helps with reach and offers better quality delivery compared to other ad platforms like Google or Microsoft. The firmographic and ABM targeting, along with advanced behavioral and context targeting triggers, are really beneficial for our niche B2B sectors. I like the combination of self-serve and managed services, along with the wide array of targeting and placement opportunities. Having the managed services team available is great; they support us with build and share strategic insights, and it's reassuring to know that the campaign is being monitored beyond just our team. For targeting, many of our clients have very specific audiences, and StackAdapt helps us align and reach the highest quality audiences. Onboarding was pretty easy for us, especially since we opted for the managed route. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I think it's a bit inaccessible for some of our clients with smaller budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Precision Targeting"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

What I love most about StackAdapt is how seamlessly it handles multi-channel execution. I can manage everything—Native, Display, CTV, and even Audio—from one unified dashboard without feeling like I’m juggling five different platforms. It makes running complex, cross-device campaigns feel cohesive rather than fragmented, which is a huge win for my workflow.

The intent-based targeting is another standout for me, specifically their Page Context AI. In a world moving away from cookies, being able to place ads based on the actual content a user is reading in that exact moment feels much more precise and future-proof. It gives me a level of relevance that I just don't see with standard behavioral segments.

Finally, I’m a huge fan of the interface and overall speed. Most DSPs are notoriously clunky and over-engineered, but StackAdapt is genuinely intuitive and easy to navigate. Because the UI is so clean and they don’t gatekeep the tech behind massive monthly minimums, I can get high-performance campaigns live and optimized much faster than I could on other enterprise platforms. What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

One of the main frustrations is that the reporting can be a bit rigid and manual. While the platform looks great on the surface, getting specific, deep-dive data often requires extra work. For example, if I want to see exactly how different parts of a campaign are working together, the system sometimes counts the same sale twice across different ads. This means I have to spend extra time exporting data into spreadsheets to clean it up and find the "true" results, which can be a headache when you're trying to prove exactly where your money is going.

Another downside is that managing the actual ads can be tedious. If I have a campaign with dozens of different images or videos, uploading and updating them feels very repetitive. The platform requires a lot of manual clicks to make simple changes across multiple areas, rather than letting me swap everything out at once with a single click. For a tool that is supposed to save time, this specific part of the process feels surprisingly old-fashioned and slow compared to how modern the rest of the system looks.

Lastly, using the platform can be more expensive than other options. Because they focus on high-quality websites, the "rent" you pay to show your ads is often higher. If you aren't careful with the settings, the system can also accidentally spend your budget on mobile app games or low-quality placements that don't actually lead to sales. You really have to keep a close eye on it to make sure your budget is being spent on the best possible sites, or you might find your money disappearing faster than expected without much to show for it. "Intuitive Interface, Advanced Targeting, and Real-Time Reporting in One Platform"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

What I like best about StackAdapt is its intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes campaign setup, optimization, and reporting incredibly efficient. The platform offers advanced targeting capabilities, especially for programmatic and native advertising, allowing for precise audience segmentation and high-quality reach.

Another standout feature is the robust analytics and real-time reporting, which makes it easy to track performance and make data-driven decisions quickly. I also appreciate the variety of ad formats available, along with the seamless integration of native, display, video, and connected TV campaigns within a single platform.

Lastly, their customer support and account management team are highly responsive and knowledgeable, which adds significant value, especially when managing multiple campaigns or testing new strategies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

One area where StackAdapt could improve is in platform navigation at times while it’s generally user-friendly, some advanced features and settings can take time to locate or fully understand, especially for new users.

Additionally, reporting customization can feel slightly limited when you’re looking for highly specific or granular data cuts, which may require extra time to export and analyze externally.

Another consideration is that certain premium inventory and advanced targeting options can become relatively expensive, which may not always be ideal for smaller budgets or test campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Platform with Stellar AI Features"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I love the ease of use of the StackAdapt platform. It's very intuitive, allowing me to sign right in and understand exactly where I need to go to do certain tasks. I also love the AI assistant feature, which means instead of having to pull a report and comb through a lot of data, I can simply ask the AI assistant a question about reporting, like which creative is performing best across a variety of channels, and pretty quickly get the answer I'm looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

The left hand rail can be confusing to navigate especially under the Reports tab. I wish some of the templates were more robust, otherwise it takes some trial and error to get what you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Campaigns with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I think StackAdapt is really easy to use for the most part, and I love that it's easy to jump in and start a campaign. I also like the third-party data that's available in StackAdapt, which allows me to access a variety of things as a marketer or advertiser. Additionally, I like the insights that come up afterwards, as they enable me to measure things pretty well, even if it's not perfect. I can quickly start, launch, and measure a campaign, and I really like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I think there's a few things that could be improved with StackAdapt. For example, when it comes to conversion counting, it shows multiple conversions across campaigns even though it's just one individual. This requires a lot of manual work on my end to figure out which campaigns are working. I also find the access to the knowledge center unclear. If I'm experiencing a specific issue, I don't know how to get to resources like SpotLearn or webinars for help. Since I'm busy, I'm not going to take time out of my day to find out where the knowledge center is, so I just stick to what I know is working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Reporting with Powerful Integrations and Support"
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

Easy to use interface, broad set up reporting capabilities and an incredibly helpful and supportive. There ability to integrate with other key platforms such as LiveRamp and Freshpaint has been key to our continued success and expansion across the StackAdapt platform.

Through these integrations we've been able to improve reporting and performance metrics to demonstrate new approaches to media management and optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I think they can do somewhat of a better job of segmenting capabilities and campaigns with an interface. It can sometimes be difficult for lighter users to efficiently find campaigns or business units in the way there interface filters campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
