hi all,

i had multiple contacts with Tapjoy in the past and even though in some cases I had to open a ticket which took time to finally get the reward, but in the end it ended positively.

now its different!!!

I played Misty Continent in which there were about 10 different milestones to reach. each of them I reached and met the requirements.

rewards have been sent immediately but the last one which was worth ~75% of the total reward.

already 3 days before the time ended I fullfilled the requirements for the last stage which was "Festungslevel 28". as I didnt get rewareded immediately I opened a ticket and provided screenshots clearly showing that i am at Festungslevel 28.

it took now 7 days for them to get back to me and meanwhile the offer expired.

now they are saying according to the advertiser I am not eligible for the reward and I guess this is due to the fact that it took them so long to check with the advertiser my eligibility.

the problem is now, the dont give me any reasoning of the non-eligibility and just closing the ticket!!!

I am now thinking of claiming back all the money I spent in the game and contacting my lawyer denouncing them of Fraud because this is what they are doing in my opinion!

the reward I am missing is worth about 800€ and thats why I am so pissed

I tried to re-open the ticket and explaining once more the situation. reaction from tapjoy: "you need to open a new ticket directly from the offer wall" BUT they closed the initial ticket and claimed is as "solved" which is totally not the case and now saying they can not answer to a duplicated conversation!

unfortunately this is just scam in my opinion.

I am completely disappointed with their lack of concern for customers who invest their money in this game. They don't care about customer service, nor do they worry about potentially driving away their loyal patrons. I've spent a significant amount on in-game purchases, and what have I received in return? Nothing but a myriad of excuses explaining why they can't provide the resources I paid for, despite providing them with all the proof of my payment. Highly disappointed. this is a great tool for monetizing your games. We need a boost in our ad monetization strategy in one of our RPG games and we included tapjoy offerwall and is working great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it doesn't make sense the menu of creating a new currencywhen you want to create an offerwall. I think the best choice is first, creating an offerwall and then coose a currency. But besides that, everything is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This company is deceitful. I got some rewards through them in the game app Design Home. But, as I attempted to get the reward for downloading, installing, and playing the tutorial of the game app Raid, they told me I was ineligible because, in their words: "If not rewarded for completing the tutorial, users are unattributed/ineligible and will not be awarded for the offer.".

But I did complete the tutorial, and I even kept on playing the game. Completely disappointed with Tapjoy and Design Home. Uninstalled Design Home for good because I deny getting involved with Tapjoy ever again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The "smart search" option is very accurate. I am able to search for offers using the IDFA, Ticket ID and the like.
