**What do you like best about mediasmart?**

Drive to store campaigns and all the data it provides per campaign. The reporting tools have greatly improved, allowing us to have a better understanding of the results per campaign.

**What do you dislike about mediasmart?**

There are some limits regarding the reach of some formats like DOOH and CTV. We've noticed that LATAM reach is very low in some countries. We would like to implement new ad formats in the region but the lack of inventory complicate things a little bit.

**Recommendations to others considering mediasmart:**

Correctly read all the knowledge base to understad how to set up campaigns and use all the tools available within the platform.

**What problems is mediasmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Innovation in digital formats in LATAM. We can provide a new way of digital advertising thanks to the technologies incorporated into Mediasmart´s DSP such as CTV, DOOH and other new formats.

The footfall is a good feature/functionality, different from all other competitors. No doubt it is a key point for the platform.

Do not display inventory by geolocation, overall reach and Context inventory.

We chose Mediasmart to integrate awareness CTV campaigns with performance campaigns (through Jampp). The proposal was super good, with the possibilty of measure the complete journey of the user.

It's worth noting that the segmentation challenge plays a crucial role in determining CPM; the more specific the target, the higher the CPM, especially for certain types of inventory.

We genuinely value your input and understand your concerns regarding the perceived quality of inventory and reach challenges when using a publisher blocklist.

At mediasmart, we prioritize the quality of inventory and purposely restrict access to certain premium SSPs on an account by account basis. We do so in order to prevent potential ad quality issues that could harm our relationship with publishers, because as a self-serve platform we do not have full control over the creatives that run in our platform. That is why new customers, depending on the type of creatives they run, may see initial restrictions on their access to premium inventory, until we have a history of creative patterns. In addition, inventory availability may vary per country, of course.

downside is it cannibalises my other OTT & CTV buys.

Smart data led audience targeting. also for CTV+HH sync, it helps us garner CTA whilst we reach the household, address audience which we otherwise could not & measure performance for CTV campaigns.

You can't upload creatives in bulk with different names for each format.
And regarding the report, it is not easy to locate all campaigns for the same client in different periods.

Mediasmart is easy to use. The UX is good with speed loading in every step of the campaign setup. The various ad formats allow us to meet the audiences with multiple approach!

The UI is not attractive. It is better to put only the campaign overview on the front page. Other than that, the reporting is also confusing. It is better to categorize each reporting metrics.

The account manager from Mediasmart are really supportive. They want to assist us with the setup, ad formats to be used, and how to optimize the on going campaign.

The pricing to reach large numbers of people is way more affordable than other platforms, and I love the ability to go in and edit our own campaigns without a middleman.

It is hard to reach people if you don't set a very wide geographic radius. If we want to just target a few streets around individual buildings, our campaigns don't get traction, even within large, busy cities.

Many available and attractive Rich Media formats to use, certificated by professional vendors. Proximity campaigns to run and collect footfalls, measure by Mediasmart or other vendor.

Usually face to issue of time to load. The display to add creatives to campaign is not easy to use.

Running hyperlocal targeting campaign with small radius 100-200m helps us to target the right audience at the right time. Posibility to measure Footfall within 100m and various metrics to cover: Uplift, Incremental visits.

The team are very helpful and quick to respond to our queries. The reporting is easy to use and the scheduling is helpful. Being able to set up and go quickly is always a positive.

**What do you dislike about mediasmart?**

For our last campaign, there were some discrepancies - it took longer than expected to resolve. Also, when using the platform, text inputs can be wiped by clicking somewhere on the screen or even moving the mouse.

Being able to run interscroller ads helped us to run one of our biggest campaigns this year. The work on deciding if we can run a vaping product will also be helpful to us next year.

The double edged-sword, it would be good with more evangelizing of very specific inventories, as self-serve buyers typically go for more cookie-cutter targetings.

**What do you like best about mediasmart?**

It's very intuitive and complete. They have lot's of options for campaigns implementation, management, optimizatoin and targeting. Also the client service is excelent! They are always available to respond to every need.

**What do you dislike about mediasmart?**

I need a lot of traffic from LATAM, and sometimes, for some small geographic segmentations, it can be hard to find big volumes.  Although they have a very big and advanced techonology for footfall attribution and audience insights, they have much more cappabilities for Europe. Good thing is that they are landing pretty hard on LATAM so it's a matter of time till they equal de reach.

**Recommendations to others considering mediasmart:**

Just go for it. It makes your job really easy, and they will fit in a great manner to your traffic needs. Your clients will be pleased with the results. 
Rely on the client service, they will answer every question you may have.
A must try on mobile industry.

**What problems is mediasmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quality of traffic mainly. And since the client service is awsome, they can solve every technical doubt we have. I find that as a must in every platform I try for my company. And also, because of the great technology applied to geolift and footfall atribution, we can cover all the needs related to those kind of products.

I will also speak about their futures, but to be honest - the best thing I loved about MediaSmart is the people working in the company! 
I have also met them live, simply amazing, fully acknowledged people, who are ready to help you and your campaigns grow at any time!
Also they have a variety of ad formats you can manage - Video, banners, CTV, Native, pretty much everything the industry covers

**What do you dislike about mediasmart?**

There is nothing specific to be a "dislike" to be honest. The Platform and UI and the support were amazing. 
Among many SSPs and DSPs I have used, I cannot say a sharp dislike here

You will not be disappointed! 
My POCs there were Adrian and Mohammed, I highly recommend them

We were using the SSP platform to work on CPM (Video and banners). Measuring all data, impressions, clicks, user performance, etc. They have a truly detailed reporting system, so you can basically see all metrics you need
