What do you like best?

It allows me to create digital marketing campaigns in a fairly simple way and from the comfort of my phone, since it is a mobile application and not like most that are web or desktop applications, which brings me as a consequence that not always I can review how my campaigns are going, but now I can leave all that in the past, since with Leanplum I have access to all the information I need at all times from the comfort of my phone, which for me is extremely useful. What do you dislike?

Your reports are somewhat vague, I believe that the presentation and quality of the information contained could be improved, since after all it is based on this information that I will make the marketing decisions of my company and if they are they are not robust you are very likely to make a bad decision. It has been very useful for me to plan and execute my digital marketing strategies for my company, but since I currently do not have a computer in view of the fact that it was damaged, I was afraid that I would not be able to do this in a simple if not having to do everything manually, until I was recommended this application that really came to change and facilitate my life ... What do you like best?

Leanplum handles user data, reports, dashboards and segmentation very well. The field type & segment local operator support is really advanced, therefore customization is really easy and flexible. Setting up the segments and schedule is very easy.

Ab testing is another very handy feature. Message, or campaign replies and responds are always updated. The ability to send out a message to all of the users of our application at one time is the main reason I use this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I love that Leanplum offers fantastic out-of-the-box parameters, such as Install Date, App Versions, etc, as well as functionalities that make CRM and LiveOps easy to manage. With functionalities such as Optimal Time, our LiveOps team was able to reach out to players when they're most likely to play, thereby avoiding chances of player opt-outs as well as improving CTR. What do you dislike?

I wish there was a way to bulk upload Push Notifications to the system. Downloading into a CSV is fantastic, however, when you're a one-man team managing multiple titles, it can be very repetitive to copy and paste into the tool with one game having 30+ notifications per month. We have been able to reach out to our players at any given time, through any given event or player state, as well as with any parameters we desire. This made it super simple to guide our players through the early player journey and entice lapsed players with personalized and targeted notifications. Solid A/B testing capabilities beyond pricing. Once you configure the specific variables you want to test in your app, the test setup is simple and measurement is easy to track. Additionally, Leanplum includes the native ability to measure a UX change on a particular behavior and also see the impact on other user behaviors outside of your specific goal.

Segmentation and targeting capabilities are first-class. It's so simple to create segments as wide or narrow as needed.

Messaging and campaign tools are simple to use and easy to learn.

What do you dislike?

Have had some difficulty with their API when sending events from multiple sources.

What do you like best?

Having previously worked at HubSpot before I came over to mobile marketing, LeanPlum is by far the most comprehensive CRM + automation platform that is best designed for mobile marketers.

Top highlights:

- A/B testing tool has been a game changer for our growth testing. Since coming to LeanPlum, we've 10'xed the velocity of tests we are running and analyzing via LeanPlum.

- Data + Analytics. Generally, though their contacts + segmentation platform needs work, we've been able to generate a lot more visibility into behaviors of our users that are driving product outcomes.

- Push messaging. We've been able to reach a lot more users via push and drive winback and retention strategies that have made a huge impact on our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There are a few things LeanPlum could be doing better.

1. Their Finance and Contracts process is pretty bad. Not transparent, lack of communication around timelines, and generally seems like they're out to get a buck on you. We've had issues in the past with CSMs and Finance regarding billing that have left some bad tastes.

2. User segmentation. This tool is not straightforward or easy to use. Their querying logic + list building/monitoring needs to come a long way, I think this is a huge opportunity for LeanPlum to develop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Growth + A/B Testing. LeanPlum gives us a lot of flexibility and speed of testing with their A/B testing platform. I'd recommend this to any mobile marketer who was looking for an integrated testing tool.

2. Push + Winbacks. LeanPlum's variables + messaging platform allow for easy testing + optimizations of push strategies that can make a $$$ impact.

What do you like best?

I like the integration of messaging and event triggers. It makes it very seamless to communicate with users. Easy to use tools for the most part. Leanplum handles user data & segmentation very well. There are many different systems & custom fields you can segment on. Having the right tools to be able to A/B test on mobile allows us to focus on core feature development and push the product forward fast in an agile way.

I think the dashboard and some of the chart visuals and features could be better. Creating charts and seeing some data from an analytics standpoint is difficult sometimes. What do you like best?

The ability to create custom messages with incredible flexibility and target them to customer behavior. Our business partners are lining up to have campaigns for their products within the app since we have rolled it out. We have run a number of awareness campaigns to help with Voice of the Customer concerns for mobile deposit as well as targeted messages informing customers who use specific products about how to avoid problems with their accounts. LeanPlum has great customer support, which helps us define segments to reach the audiences we wish to reach. The downside for us is that LP is quite a complex tool, which slows down our campaign turnaround time (if we need to reach out to support to check with them how to solve tasks we wish to solve technically). What do you like best?

Leanplum can do a lot of different things such as analytics, A/B testing, push notifications, emails. Once you understand how to use each of these features well enough, it's pretty easy. What do you dislike?

The UI on the dashboard is not very user friendly to use, especially for new comers to the platform. It's pretty basic, and the navigation between screens could be better. Additionally, their reporting is pretty basic and tries to do too much for the user. The way A/B tests are set up works fine, but it's annoying that users have to create their variables on a seperate page and can't define them inline. Leanplum is very useful due to its feature of “In App Messaging” which keeps your users updated any upcom9ng events or newly released sales. It handles user information and data segmentation very well. The entire history of the campaign is available to you so that you can check what and when the customers were targeted. Leanplum is one of the most recommended apps for delivering mobile campaigns and updates to the customers. It even lets you see the entire history of the campaign by showing what and whom were the messages sent to. The user data and segmentation are handled brilliantly by Leanplum and there are many different custom fields that you can segment on. The A/B testing capabilities are very good. What do you like best?

The way the whole SDK works is really good, it is simple and normally the documentation it is simple and easy to follow.

What do you dislike?

When going to the Unity SDK I do not like that some times the compability are not so accurate among what version of Unity-XCode things like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The basic advantage of leanplum is that it is a mobile app. With the help of this app we can easily target millions of customers because number of mobile users is increasing rapidly. Another important feature of the app is it's ability to protect data. This ability helps in making good repute of the business and businesses can gain the edge of getting more customers. Leanplum is a very useful tool that enables companies of every size and shape to build the existing data into meaningful outcome. What do you like best?

As leanplum is a mobile app that's why it has more users and high number of customers as compared to others. It has a low rate of bounce and onboard new users as well. More signups on leanplum means more subscribers it have. It is also best in campaign composer and data privacy. Leanplum provides its customers with marketing automation. With lean plum, we are able to manage push and in-app messaging, content featuring, targeting and optimizations". Leanplum is a mobile app provide with a marketing platform. It is more helpful in building long term customer relationship. Leanplum collect the data of its users, processed it in a fine form from the raw shape and provide to sales person or marketers for further use. It is more useful for CRM.
