**What do you like best about Kiip?**

There are two things that make Kiip stand out completely from the competition.

The first is the user experience. The platform's interface completely breaks the stiff pattern of traditional HR systems. Kiip has a visual concept that resembles a corporate social network: each employee customizes their own profile with a photo, professional and personal information, creating a living and engaging company directory. This has had a direct impact on team integration: new employees arrive and can already get to know their colleagues even before the first meeting. In a hybrid and remote work scenario, this human element is transformative. The company has stopped being just a list of names and has become a community.

The second is the customizable approval rules and flows. The best example is vacation management. With Kiip, we configure our business rules just once, respecting both the CLT and the company's internal policies, and the platform automates everything: notification to the employee, forwarding for manager approval, balance update, and automatic entry in the payroll. The entire process is traceable and transparent. Even better: the platform supports different types of employment (CLT, PJ, freelance) with specific rules for each, which is essential for diverse teams.

The set of features is complete: digital admission, flexible electronic time tracking with multiple schedules, electronic document management with digital signatures, automated payroll, and, of course, the employee directory which is the backbone of everything. All integrated, all in a single platform.

**What do you dislike about Kiip?**

It would be good if there were an integrated recruitment and selection tool as well.

**What problems is Kiip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kiip has practically eliminated all manual rework from our HR department. The platform delivers on its promise: simplifying HR routines with scalability, without sacrificing humanization. What used to take days in spreadsheets and communications is now resolved in minutes. If you are looking for an HR system that is both powerful and easy to use, Kiip is the right choice.

**What do you like best about Kiip?**

Our company is composed of employees with various types of contracts, and Kiip serves all of them, making life easier for HR. It is very easy to use and configure, we can automate notifications and reminders. Employees can customize their profiles as if it were a social network, which helps when "breaking the ice" with new colleagues. We are also using the AI module via WhatsApp, which has greatly facilitated some processes such as vacation requests and reimbursement requests for employees who do not have much ease or quick access to a computer and can do everything via WhatsApp.

**What do you dislike about Kiip?**

Kiip does not yet have the option for 1:1 registration, employee performance evaluation, or team IDP.

**What problems is Kiip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kiip covers various HR issues, such as admission, vacation management, communication between employees and HR.

**What do you like best about Kiip?**

Points that really made a difference in our HR routine.
Admission: sending a link for data entry in a practical and adaptable way according to the type of contract (CLT, PJ, Internship). Everything is centralized and organized in one place.
Payroll: extremely intuitive and customizable, speeding up the entry of variables with the option to show or hide fields as needed.
Vacation management: simple and clear view of vacation balance, prioritizing expirations, in addition to a very efficient request and approval flow, with updates via email.
Reimbursement requests: centralized system that facilitates the storage of receipts, manager approval, and organization for payment.
Automation of important reminders: company and employee anniversaries, periodic exams, among others.
AI module via WhatsApp: quick support for the team with automatic responses about vacations, tools, values, and company practices, optimizing internal service.

**What do you dislike about Kiip?**

Points we miss:
Module for secure storage of passwords and logins for the tools used.
Area for periodic performance evaluations (1:1, structured feedbacks).
Strategic HR Module, with control of goals, OKRs, and specific people management tasks.

**What problems is Kiip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform brought flexibility and ease of use to our HR. We centralized admissions, payroll, vacation management, and reimbursements in a practical and intuitive way. We automated important reminders and have support via WhatsApp for quick team inquiries.

**What do you like best about Kiip?**

With Kiip, I was finally able to organize all the information of my employees and get rid of spreadsheets. Along with this, with the evolution of the system since I started using it, I have been able to access new features that greatly facilitate my life today, such as Payroll, Vacation Management, and Reminders.

**What do you dislike about Kiip?**

Some minor bugs and usability improvements, but I am aware that it is a new system, so there are improvements to be made.

**What problems is Kiip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kiip allows me to have organization and easy access to employee data.
