'- Great customer service team. Quick to respond to emails and proactively helps with troubleshooting, pacing, optimizations, etc.
- Willing to help recommend and implement optimizations.
- Amobee Brand Intelligence - mostly bid stream models that incorporates social listening from FB + Twitter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Campaign home is dated. There are no graphs or visuals to quickly see how campaign performance and pace are looking
- Bulk upload of tags is only available for a select few tag types, leading to lengthy go-live timelines for remaining tag types. Typically have to loop in their Support team to assist
- Reporting: No instant download reporting. Reporting metrics are not represented well: ex: spend/cost = advertiser invoice
- Sending important campaign information to our agency counterparts without us seeing or being informed first. When this is done, it causes confusion on the standardized roles in the LOB between the IAT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
