The dashboard for managing the apps is well structured and easy to understand. Setup ads and campaigns easily, targeting an extensive list of segments and target audiences. Many ad type solutions. Pretty cheap CPIs Great platform to test your ads and run paid market research campaigns **What do you dislike about Chartboost?** When using their in-game ads monetization solution, eCPMs may be lower than the average. Can improve a lot on the analytics graphs and dashboards information - at least you can download an extensive row data that you can work to analyze more thoroughly. **Recommendations to others considering Chartboost:** Contact the support team and ask for a success manager, they really help setting up everything and scale up when ready. **What problems is Chartboost solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great advertising SaaS platform. Fit both for advertisers and publishers. Best used for the mobile games industry. ### 5. Dashboard **What do you dislike about Chartboost?** Can't be paid on Paypal Can't reach customer service to explain CPI, eCPM, we saw big differences with our tracking. No callback to verify the real number of install.... After 4 months, one payment via bank transfer at a random date (lucky we got one) we got suspended. Scam.... **Recommendations to others considering Chartboost:** Stay away, check other blogs on Google, they had the same experience as we had.
