Chartboost is one of those companies with very translucent terms of service that label many things as enough reason to ban you that will kick you out anytime and take away your earnings, speaking from recent experience. so be aware! The integration can be a bit tricky, but the documentation is well detailed, so that's really useful for an ad network. The dashboard for managing the apps is well structured and easy to understand. Of course the ecpm and earnings depends on different factors (like installs, engagement, users countries, etc., etc.,), but it can have lower ecpm if we compare to their competition. Chartboost is easy to integrate and easy to use. Setup ads and campaigns easily, targeting an extensive list of segments and target audiences. Many ad type solutions. When using their in-game ads monetization solution, eCPMs may be lower than the average. Can improve a lot on the analytics graphs and dashboards information - at least you can download an extensive row data that you can work to analyze more thoroughly. Can't be paid on Paypal Can't reach customer service to explain CPI, eCPM, we saw big differences with our tracking. No callback to verify the real number of install.... After 4 months, one payment via bank transfer at a random date (lucky we got one) we got suspended. Scam.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
