I really appreciate Kochava's ability to problem solve and their out-of-the-box thinking. They come up with solutions even for things they might not have in their current toolset, and they enjoy hearing client feedback to improve their product offerings. I also find it valuable that Kochava becomes an extension of our internal team, goingbove and beyond to ensure we succeed. The support team is top-notch, consistently being available, even before we had finalized our contracts with them. Additionally, the SDK implementation was fairly easy, and the team was super helpful and supportive during the onboarding process. I also enjoy their annual client summit, which provides great insights, informative sessions, and networking opportunities to connect with others in the space. From a marketing standpoint, there are no issues that I can think of that Kochava is not delivering on. Our dev team has asked for a custom solution that has not been prioritized yet. So I think that's probably the only thing I can think of, from our experience to date, that's there was not an immediate solve for, but its a custom ask, so i can't say there have been any issues. Kochava does seem to be behind sometimes on more innovative solutions, especially for the mobile app install industry. The focus on providing a variety of services for different marketers and working towards an omni-channel solution might mean they leave behind some other core-initiatives. We use Kochava as our MMP for tracking our in app conversion data across platforms. I like that the ease of use and the ease of implementation.
