What do you like best about Synthflow?

I recently started using Synthflow to automate my inbound calls for my legal document business, and so far, I’m impressed. The platform is clean, intuitive, and really beginner-friendly especially for someone like me who doesn’t have an extensive tech background.

I was able to set up an AI receptionist in just a few steps. I love that it supports both English and Spanish, which is a huge plus for my client base. The drag-and-drop builder makes it easy to create custom flows, and I like that it can send texts with my booking link automatically.

There was a slight learning curve connecting Twilio, but the setup guidance and support options helped me figure it out pretty quickly. I also appreciate that they offer free minutes just for verifying my email and doing small tasks — it’s a great way to try it out without paying upfront.

What do you like best about Synthflow?

What do you like best about Synthflow?

I’ll be honest—I didn’t expect Synthflow to be this effective. After spending time configuring it and dialing in the setup through Flow Designer, I ran my first real calls… and that’s when it hit me: this isn’t just another automation tool. It’s a game-changer.

In my industry, having something that can execute consistent, human-like conversations at scale is huge. Once you lock in your logic and design your flows intentionally, Synthflow goes from “interesting” to “essential.”

My advice? Invest your time into Flow Designer. Really think through how you want your calls to go—because once that’s set, this system will exceed your expectations. For me, it’s already doing more than I thought possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

I don’t have a lot of negatives to say about Synthflow, but if I had to point something out—it would be the dashboard. I wish there were more customization options so I could tailor it specifically to how I use Synthflow in my business. The current layout works, but being able to personalize it a bit more would take things to the next level.

What do you like best about Synthflow?

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

There isn't a quick way to block robocalls, and the agent has to be prompted each time to recognize one. It would be helpful to have a feature that filters these calls automatically, so you don't end up being charged a minute for every robocall.
