"Effortless AI Voice Agents for Scalable Phone-Based Customer Interactions"
What do you like best about Synthflow?

Synthflow makes it very easy to build and manage AI voice agents without heavy technical setup. I really like how intuitive the interface is, how quickly agents can be configured, and how well it integrates with phone providers like Twilio. The prompt system and real-time actions are very powerful for creating realistic, business-ready voice workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

The main challenge is that it’s difficult to fully test voice interactions without upgrading, especially for early experimentation. Having limited access to real call testing in the free plan makes it harder to evaluate the agent before committing, but I understand this is related to infrastructure and cost constraints. "Helps me solve problems for other companies. AI is the future. Synthflow is the future."
What do you like best about Synthflow?

The biggest upside is how natural the German voice sounds, especially for formal situations like an Arztpraxis. Patients don’t feel like they’re talking to a robot, which is crucial if you want people to accept it and not hang up. The tone, pauses, and “Sie-Form” feel right.

Another strong point is reliability. Once it’s set up, it runs stable. Calls don’t randomly drop, and you don’t constantly have to fix things in the background. For a practice, that matters more than fancy features.

It’s also very practical. You can cover 80% of the repetitive calls (appointments, prescriptions, opening hours) without overengineering anything. And when something gets too complex, it can cleanly hand off to a human.

Lastly, the pricing is transparent. You know roughly what you’ll pay each month, instead of getting surprised by hidden usage costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

The biggest downside is limited customization. You can build solid call flows, but if you want very complex logic or highly dynamic conversations, you hit boundaries fairly quickly. Compared to developer-first tools, you don’t have full control over every detail.

Another drawback is the pricing at higher volumes. Once call minutes increase, the cost ramps up fast. It’s fair for what you get, but for very high call traffic it can feel expensive compared to building a custom stack.

The setup is also not truly plug-and-play. While it’s no-code, you still need to think carefully about scripts, edge cases, and handovers. If someone expects it to “just work” without planning, they’ll be disappointed.

Voice quality is good, but you’re locked into their ecosystem. You can’t freely swap voices or AI models the way you can with more technical platforms, which limits experimentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Gold Standard for Low-Latency Voice AI and Seamless Integrations"
What do you like best about Synthflow?

Synthflow has completely transformed our approach to voice-based automation. What I like best is the exceptional low latency and the natural cadence of the AI voices; they sound remarkably human, which is critical for maintaining customer trust. The platform’s Ease of Use is a standout feature; the drag-and-drop interface allowed us to deploy complex conversational workflows in a matter of days rather than weeks. Additionally, the Ease of Integration with our existing CRM via webhooks and API has been seamless, enabling real-time data synchronization. The level of customization available for agent 'personalities' and specific task handling is truly industry-leading Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

While the platform is powerful, the initial learning curve for advanced prompt engineering can be a bit steep for non-technical team members. I would also like to see an even wider variety of localized accents for international markets beyond the standard options. Occasionally, the dashboard analytics could provide deeper granular insights into specific call drop-off points, though the current tools are still very functional. Lastly, while the Customer Support is helpful, having more extensive video documentation for niche edge-case scenarios would be a great addition to their already solid help center. "Synthflow Voice AI: A Game-Changer for Scaling Outbound Calls in GHL"
What do you like best about Synthflow?

We recently integrated Synthflow Voice AI into our GoHighLevel (GHL) workflow, and the results have been phenomenal. From day one, it has strengthened our outbound calling strategy by delivering a seamless, human-like conversational experience for prospects.

What sets Synthflow apart is the natural voice quality, smart contextual responses, and consistently reliable performance, which make each interaction feel authentic and engaging. It’s not just automation; it’s automation with personality. Our team has saved countless hours while also improving call connect rates and overall lead engagement.

The integration with GHL was straightforward and efficient, so we were able to launch campaigns without technical headaches. The platform feels intuitive, responsive, and flexible enough to align with our business needs.

If you’re looking to scale outbound calls, elevate prospect conversations, and still maintain a professional yet personal touch, Synthflow has been a real game-changer for us.

Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

Maybe the pricing could be a bit more economical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Workflows, Limited Tests"
What do you like best about Synthflow?

I really like the intuitive interface of Synthflow and its features that allow for precise and specific management in details. I find particularly useful the ability to structure conversations through a flow chart approach, which eliminates the need to manipulate low-level code. This makes the work faster and easier. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

I don't really like that to run tests you have to use credit minutes. The ability to perform tests is crucial for every developer, and having a limited opportunity to use them is often frustrating and limiting in exploring functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Onboarding and Powerful AI Voice Automation"
What do you like best about Synthflow?

As someone who just signed up for Synthflow.ai, I have to say I am seriously impressed. My initial experience, right from the registration process, was incredibly smooth. It was fast, painless, and immediately gave me access to the platform without any friction. That first step is often a hurdle, and Synthflow made it feel like walking through an open door.

Once inside, the dashboard is clean and intuitive. For a tool this powerful—dealing with complex conversational AI and voice flows—I expected a steep learning curve, but the system is genuinely user-friendly. The clean layout and templates make me feel confident that building my first voice flow will be incredibly simple. The ability to quickly select an AI voice and immediately hear how clear and natural it sounds is honestly a game-changer.

The potential here is huge. I’m already picturing how much time and resources this platform will save us. It feels less like a complex piece of software and more like a smart partner ready to handle tedious customer interactions. I came looking for a solution, and within the first hour of using it, I feel like I've found a whole ecosystem.

I haven't spent a lot of time so far, but if this level of ease and quality holds up, Synthflow.ai is definitely going to become an essential tool. Highly recommended for anyone needing powerful, yet simple, AI voice automation! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

I do have two minor cautions as I look ahead. First, I'll be watching the cost structure closely as our call volume scales up, as with any powerful platform. Second, I'm curious to see how flexible the no-code builder remains when mapping out truly complex, multi-branching conversational workflows.

Despite those minor concerns for the future, I came looking for a solution, and within the first couple of hours of using it, I feel like I've found a whole ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless AI Call Automation with Intuitive Design and Real-Time Results"
What do you like best about Synthflow?

Synthflow makes it incredibly easy to build, test, and deploy AI call agents without needing any engineering expertise. The interface is intuitive, and the building blocks feel natural, which makes designing complex call flows faster than expected. The memory groups and knowledge base features work reliably, allowing agents to sound much more human and context-aware. I especially appreciate how quickly you can iterate and see results in real time. Synthflow removes the friction from creating AI phone automations, and that’s what makes it stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

The platform would benefit from more detailed documentation and advanced examples, especially for users building more sophisticated automations. Some integrations feel a bit limited or require workarounds that slow things down. The analytics could also be more robust to give deeper visibility into call performance and agent behavior without exporting data elsewhere. While the core system is strong, rounding out these areas would make Synthflow even more powerful for long-term use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integration Nightmare and Complex Setup"
What do you like best about Synthflow?

I think Synthflow has a promising product. I find the outbound call feature really good. It was nice to set up these calls and enjoyable to try the different AI agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

I found the integration with HubSpot CRM really bad. The calls couldn't be transferred into the CRM properly, and the data wasn't transferred correctly. We tried two different subscription plans, even the highest tier, hoping for better customer support, but it just didn't work out. After spending three months, it was a total disaster. Also, the initial setup was not easy at all. It was very complex, and we needed an in-house developer; otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to do it ourselves. Our Developer almost wanted to quit his employment due to the bad customer support on Syntflow, as he could not reach the company's goals, and had to hold accountability for the implementation. "An ideal platform for bots, but there are nuances with testing and tariffs."
What do you like best about Synthflow?

Synthflow is very easy to use and allows you to quickly create voice agents without code. I especially like the visual editor - you can easily configure dialogs, transition logic, and variables. The quality of speech synthesis and integration with LLM are also impressive - the agent sounds natural, reacts quickly, and adequately. It's an ideal platform for testing and training bots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

Sometimes there are errors when connecting numbers or test calls ("Failed to create room" or problems with minutes), and I would like more understandable error messages. I would also like the free plan to include a few more test minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integrations and Custom Agents Make Workflow a Breeze"
What do you like best about Synthflow?

Synthflow’s clean, intuitive builder lets me go from idea to working automation in minutes; templates and setup wizards make implementation straightforward, and OAuth/auth mapping is predictable. Native integrations, webhooks, and custom agents cover most use cases, visual logs make quick fixes easy, support has been responsive, and I use it several times a week because the core feature set is reliable and integrations are smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

Debugging can be tricky error logs are shallow and failures in third-party steps aren’t surfaced clearly. Complex branching and version control are limited, which makes collaboration and rollbacks harder. The UI can lag on larger flows, and pricing ramps up quickly with usage. A sandbox/test mode, more granular permissions, and deeper docs for advanced cases would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
