I don't have a bad thing to say about this tool, but I am excited to see how it improves as Ai advances. I guess the only thing is that you can tell fairly quickly that the agent is an Ai, but that is just because of where the technology is as a whole today. I really like how easy it is to get started. The interface is intuitive and user friendly and within a few hours of experimenting and learning to navigate the platform I was able to build out an outbound AI agent without needing any coding background. It feels like a very user friendly platform that still gives you plenty of control. it makes it easy to bring AI driven voice campaigns to life without needing a whole dev team or months of setup going bck and forth with the teams. I use Synthflow to create an automatic call bot and it works perfectly, very easy to use and useful.
