"Challenging Setup, But Love the AI Receptionist"
What do you like best about Synthflow?

I love Synthflow because it's a great website and I always want to use it. The AI receptionist feature is particularly useful to me as it directly contributes to making me money, enhancing the overall value of the software for my specific needs. I'm committed to using only Synthflow and not considering any other vendors, which reflects my satisfaction and trust in its capabilities. Even though the initial setup was a nightmare, I am getting the hang of it, which shows my persistence and the potential Synthflow has once the setup hurdle is overcome. Synthflow is a fantastic tool. One of the most realistic AI voice tools I have used. The fact that it can handle my outbound calling motions is amazing. What do you like best about Synthflow?

I appreciate the simple and intuitive operation of Synthflow, which has allowed me to use the software without any problems, even though I am new to it. I particularly like the provision of an AI call bot that works with low latency and enables efficient phone calls with people. This helps me introduce this offering to my customers who are not familiar with such technology. The ability to equip the agent with a 'brain' using RAG methodology is also very impressive. Synthflow has also convinced me with its comprehensive explanatory videos and tutorials, which have made it easier for me to quickly understand the various tools. The many positive reviews speak for the company and strengthen my confidence in purchasing the software. Overall, Synthflow is a functioning system for me that meets my expectations. I wasn’t able to start the promised 14 days agency free trial. It’s hard to try out as you don’t get credits to try it out as the free trial was not possible to be accessed.

What do you like best about Synthflow?

I really like the idea of being able to automate a job that I used to do by myself. In my case, I have a Marketing agency and making phone calls with a salesperson trained by me is something new and unprecedented. The human voice and the pressing response times are characteristics that make a big difference when looking for real results. Thank you for creating something so unique and advanced. Every company can greatly benefit if only they knew the real potential of all this. Furthermore, I am implementing, as a pilot project, a phone salesperson (a setter configured by me) for one of my clients. He is already thrilled, and I am even more than him! What do you dislike about Synthflow?

The only thing to focus on at the beginning is testing the scripts. Once the right communication is found, the game is done. I recommend creating the communication alongside a sales expert. This can drastically improve the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Promising Start, But Portal Needs Improvement"
What do you like best about Synthflow?

I have just started using Synthflow, particularly to create AI appointment setting software. Since it is the first platform I'm trying for this purpose, I'm in an experimental phase to see if it can automate appointment settings effectively. While I haven't explored the full range of features yet, I'm particularly interested in understanding the calling aspect of Synthflow. If the product performs as I envision, I am likely to continue using it. Although I noted some initial challenges with navigation and portal lagging, once I got used to it, the setup process became manageable. What do you like best about Synthflow?

I like the customizability of the voice agents, including the modular system for creating knowledge bases and integrating other applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

The app was somewhat complicated to navigate.

The voices for agents were not gendered, so trying to filter based on "male" or "female" in the dropdown filters yielded 0 results; moreover, there were no other filters, despite things like age and accent being obvious options for filters.

I already opted to start a free trial, I already have a paid OpenAI API key, and I'm paying $1.50 per month for a number, but I can't even test out an agent BY MYSELF. This is EXTREMELY disappointing. I don't want to fill out this lengthy review for a few call-minutes just to see if I even like the tool. I should be allowed to have conversation with myself, free-of-charge. The membership trials are also rather lame. Two weeks only, then if I don't remember to cancel it in the event that it's not right for me, I'll be paying almost $500 dollars per month, minimum. Not only is it downright expensive, on its own, but it feels like you're trying to pigeonhole people into accidentally paying a large amount for the services. I'm literally trying to SELL your product to my clients as a part of my automation consulting business, and I can't test out the agent before committing to it personally or pitching it to my clients. You're hurting your own business!

I'm not sure why, but the Zapier integration just doesn't seem to be fully functioning. The embed portion isn't loading. When I try to connect from the integrations page, I'm prompted to "install" Zapier--a fully online tool.

What do you like best about Synthflow?

I like Synthflow for its integration capabilities and the agency plan. When I want to add any third-party services like Twilio, it's very simple and helpful with options like go high level, Strive, MyOpenAI, and kail.com. I find the Twilio integration particularly simple and it's something I like the most. The setup was also very easy for me because I could just sign up with my Google account. What I Like Best:
