No idea if the platform is good or not. We were told to sign up as it was going to be used for a transcription service for us. A little while later, we found out that it would not work for what we needed it for and requested a prorated refund. I find setting up Relevance AI fairly easy, and the team is supportive, making onboarding smooth. It benefits us by addressing language translation and coverage gaps. - The onboarding experience can be a little confusing. I spent a bit of time just figuring out where things were. But once you get the hang of it it's very intuitive.

Relevance AI is really simple to work with. Setting up agents takes just a few minutes, and everything is intuitive—you don’t have to dig through a bunch of menus to find what you need. I like that I can manage all my agents in one place without jumping between different tools. I’ve tried other automation platforms, but only here I was able to build a solid RAG system without running into weird limitations. The UX/UI is a busy and it sometimes does not fully sync your latest edits. I don't like the fact that some of their features (like the Text to JSON) don't take care of dealing with the output of the LLM. The best Part about Relevance is You don't really need to know how to code you can most of the time just select the right tools and voila its done. You have your own custom AI agent.
